It is a good location, residential and quiet. The floors and bathroom were clean. The host gave my brother in law the key so I could access the flat on arrival. Generous sized flat.

I booked without noticing that the property didn't have internet.So before I cancelled I emailed the owner and was assured that the property did have internet so I didn't cancel. There was no internet. The kitchen was very dirty. Dirty plates etc no dish liquid. No toilet paper .No towels. A winter-weight blanket?

Quiet location. Generous sized flat. The floors and bathroom were clean. Was given the keys to open the flat for sister in law. Good location.

Three teenagers and the internet was only 'available' for the last couple of days and it was bad. AC was only available in one bedroom? So the kids all slept on the floor in the one room with AC its summer and hot. No toilet paper. No towels. No cleaning products for the kitchen and dirty. Asked about toilet paper etc not owner/manager not interested.

If you are planning to go to Hurghada it’s the best place where you can stay! Ahmed made our trip very comfortable and nice! He always was in touch in every moment, he solved all our problems, helped us A LOT, and also showed many interesting places. The apartment is really good, you will find here everything you need, it’s really clean here and the location is very convenient. Near you will find Hurghada City Center, many restaurants and good shops. Ahmed is very friendly, responsible and nice host! We definitely recommend to stay here! Thank you so much Ahmed for everything you did to us, we never forget you and will come back!

After saying that the first flat isn't like I expected, they did a very good service and gave me an other flat. This one was perfect. Nice, very clean and with real balcony 😊
