A lovely view from the room and a nice couch. Tea and coffee was good.
I found the bed quite hard and had difficulty sleeping.

Nice host and great location as the starting point to visit Connemara and the Killemore Abbey

Very good location and amazing view of the lake. Decent breakfast, the room was clean and the bed comfy.
The overall hotel looks a bit dated, lots of equipment are a bit faulty (kettle, no hair dryer) and the room were a bit damps. It needs some refurbishment.

Breakfast was not included you would want to watch this when booking
Booking online says twin room but only for one person

Arrived via ferry (then taxi) from Clare Island. Leenaun was a great location for us.
it’s called a B&B but be aware breakfast is NOT included. They serve breakfast but it is an extra fee. This was not clear to us on the booking.com listing.

great location and the bed was very comfortable. I was late arriving but the staff were so great to accommodate me and ensured I was still able to check in and that I had everything I needed
the room was a little cold. there was a portable heater in the room to accommodate this so not the end of the world

staff members were excellent host in fact during breakfast each item was explained properly, the view was amazing, the town was quiet because it was off season, with the world cup football going on my family members could view matches comfortably sitting in a picturesque sitting room, liked the bright red colors and also the breakfast / dining room was well arranged and picturesque. Breakfast was a good spread for 10e. very quiet place of stay, parking right in front of room since ours was the mountain view one (triple bed) and our visitors who were on honeymoon got the sea view, local restaurant, local shops were just friendly, and the local food was awesome
Bathrooms needs a bit of touch as the wash basin though wide was low for a tall man like me. The flush and the bathroom tiles need a change ......OfCourse that is a job to be done on a major scale .......would have liked more local pictures and paintings rather than pictures of NYC etc. .... we are in Ireland rather the picturesque part of Ireland. Heating was 50: 50 cannot really point out as the weather was cold and also the windows are large.......great location to be during March -October

Excellent location - 2 minute walk from village centre (pubs, shop, cafe etc) with great views to mountains. Tea/coffee making facility with some biscuits in room. Parking right outside.
Breakfast is not included and is expensive to add-on. Inflexibility of property when requested an alteration to # guests. No TV in room though it was listed in facilities.

Lovely views to the fjord from our room. Very well located to visit Connemara area and its surroundings.
Water pressure was a bit low for the shower. My wife with long hair needed extra time to cleanse it properly.

location, convenient, friendly staff
unfortunately a strong smell of stale cigarettes at reception and breakfast area. So off-putting we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. Smell of cigarettes off towels also.

Perfect location. The breakfast was good, although our understanding was it was included in the price, not as an extra.

I was travelling by motorcycle. the Parking was in the open but secure. I did not stay for breakfast as I had to get on the road early, but however the menu looked quite varied. The view was really good from my room. Location is quiet yet within walking distance of the village. there is a beautiful lounge room with lovely views.
