About this cabin rental
This cozy 2 bedroom private cabin sits at the end of a long lane, almost on the lake. Adjacent to the Massie Cliffside Preserve, there is a wooded trailhead steps from the cabin. Following the walking path at the end of the lane you reach a large lakeside park with benches, a small beach with pier to fish or launch paddleboards or kayaks, and views of Lonz's Winery on Middle Bass Island. A great place to watch boat traffic or catch an island sunset. Back the Cabin there are two decks, a grill, a fire pit, and outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The Cabin is fully furnished with linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. Located about 1 mile from downtown Put-in-Bay, its far enough away from the action to relax but close enough for a short walk, bike ride, golf cart trip, or cab ride. Perfect for families, friends, or fisherman. Parking available for 3 cars, or one boat with trailer. We loved everything about the Massie cabin! It was spacious, spotless, well-thought out and did I mention the interior decorating was perfect? Ashley and Craig were helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The lake was a short stroll through the woods and the restaurants/bars were close enough to walk to but far enough away for some quiet time. Can't wait to come back!

Our cabin was perfect! Close enough without being in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Great communication with Ashley. Everything we needed was there. We would happily stay at Massie Cabin again!

The house location was perfect for fishing and a quick trip downtown. It was the CLEANEST property we have ever stayed in on the island. Meeting with the owner upon check-in was an added bonus too. We had everything we needed! 10/10!

We had a wonderful weekend on PIB. Despite recent historic storms, owners had done a great job with communication and preparation of our cabin. They are extremely responsive and kept in touch with us during our arrival and departure. Cabin was spotless and perfect for our needs!

This is exactly what we needed!! Thanks to Ashley, the five sisters got away for a long weekend to enjoy some much needed laughs, shopping, long walks to the lake, and much needed relaxation. The house had everything we needed. We had a fire each night we stayed. The house is just a short distance from the center of town. We will definitely go back and recommend the house to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at PIB. The cabin is in a quiet area but is a short drive to downtown. Everything in the cabin was great and Ashley had a golf cart available for rent. I definitely recommend this location.

Definitely recommend staying here! The location is amazing and there’s a cliff at the end of the street to watch sunsets. Very spacious cabin and super clean. Ashley the host was amazing! She gave my husband and I a tour of the other property since no one was there. Make sure you ask them if their golf cart is available for rent! We will be booking our stays at PIB in the future here!

Nice clean cabin on quiet section of the island. Just a short 5 minute golf cart ride to the restaurants and stores. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to the island.

Stayed for Bash on the Bay concert dates. Location is much nicer than the photos show online. State park beach down the street is rocky, no sand, but has a pier for fishing. Fish cleaning station is on the property which is great for those taking a charter as we did. Freezer available to freeze fish remains for dumper after you leave. Many spiders on this island will create new webs overnight and are found everywhere. They own the place.

This quaint two bedroom cabin in a quiet part of Put In Bay was a perfect spot for my family and me. It’s completely remodeled. The two queen beds are fantastic. Plenty of cooking equipment and space to make a few dinners. The two porches are perfect for outdoor breakfest and dinner. A fire pit. Plea ty of space for the kids to run around. A quick walk to the lake. The restraints and bars were a quick 6/7 minute drive in the golf cart we rented form the owner. The owner met us at the house and made it for an easy check in. The kids are already asking when we’ll be back. 10 stars all around for this little gem.

This is a wonderful place to stay! We had a great time, the place was awesome, great location off the beaten path and owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back for our next girl’s getaway and will always be the first place I check for availability when I come back to the island before that time.

perfect get away
The place was very clean ,just the rite size for us, very quit part of the island. It was far enough away from down town but a short golf cart ride away from it. The owners are great to work with.

Perfect house with a great location
This house was absolutely amazing and so cute. My daughter and I loved it. We didn’t want to be in the downtown area so this house was in the perfect location. The check in process was super easy and casual. I felt so welcome my entire stay. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome Stay
I honestly had such a great time during our brides Bachelorette party. We had an awesome stay. The house fit us just right the 6 of us. 6 women in a house with 1 bathroom surprisingly worked ok. Ashley was fantastic and very understanding when I got lost. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
