All outdoor music and noise is prohibited after 10pm. Inability to comply will result in fines. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay. --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. To start, we weren’t given the correct access code for the stay. 20-30 minutes on the phone granted us access, win a new access code.
While filling the empty fridge, the refrigerator actually came out of the wall.
The surrounding neighbors all have signs lobbying for the owners to not rent out the home ( I wish we would have been consulted before we agreed to rent)
There is quite a bit of cosmetic differed maintenance and upkeep.
We were never able to get even one day of pool heating, even though we had arranged for it and paid.
The beautiful theater has a soundbar draped over and hanging from a cheap projector. Once a nice room, but we got the leftovers that are limping along in my opinion.

The house is great! Worked perfectly for our short stay. Some features did not work while we were there but overall it’s a beautiful home. There are some minor details of the house that could use updates or repairs but nothing majorly noticeable. Overall it’s a very beautiful home and the listing is accurately made.

The home is beautiful but needs some care. The SubZero refrigerator did not have a working ice maker. Called AvantStay and they sent out a repairman who worked nearly 2 hrs on the ice maker, the told me it was fixed and to wait for at least an hour and cubes would drop shortly after that. Well guess what? Not one cube dropped ever for the rest of our stay! The kitchen is large but very very short on wine glasses, cooking utensils, cooking pans and etc. For a house that can accommodate 23 people it sure was short on kitchen items. The electrical outlets through out the house were not working and the bar seats were awful and uncomfortable. There was about 2 ounces of kitchen dish soap left to wash dishes for about 5 days. The dishwasher was so hard to operate. The buttons were all unlabeled and very hard to figure out how to start it. The pictures on the VRBO sight do not truly depicted the true way the house is. No umbrella's out on the pool area as shown in the online sight. None of the garage door remotes where working. The theater room had no voice to the screen. Took 3 calls to get someone to help me get it in working order. We certainly were looking forward to staying in this house that was shown on VRBO but very disappointed after paying big bucks for 5 days.

The house and pool area is beautiful. The amenities are perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen was available, including paper towels, cleaning supplies, even laundry soap, coffee filters with coffee and sugar. There were extra bedding supplies and pillows, plenty of bath towels and even lots of beach towels for the pool area. The mattresses and bed pillows were good, showers had pressure and plenty of hot water, BUT......the reason I didn't give it 5 stars because of lack of furniture inside the home. The furnishings are ample and HORRIBLE. We had 6 people stay and there is only 1 couch that seats 3. No other sofas, or love seats or comfy chairs. The bar stools and counter stools in the kitchen were horrible, small and very very uncomfortable. All the furniture in the house is very very very cheap and looks awful.
All 6 of us could not sit together in the evenings to watch some TV, and since it was February we could not sit outside since it was only 39 degrees.
I was expecting a nice furnished home for spending over $12k for 4 nights. Usually when I spend that kind of cash on a vacation rental home, those homes are always beautiful furnished. I don't know what the deal is about the lack of furniture and cheap crappy furniture, but because of that I will not rent that house again.

Family Holiday Get-Away
The property was substantial and accommodated our group of 18 easily. Bedrooms weren't as indicated on website so we had to make a few adjustments but not a major issue. However, the selling points of the property, i.e. karaoke stage, home theatre and hot tub lacked directions so we weren't able to take full advantage of them. The basketball court was appealing but all balls were deflated and pump was broken.. Small details like a working can opener or having kleenex boxes on site or something other than one-ply toilet paper would have been more appropriate to the high end nature of the property and was disappointing. The inside of home needed a little TLC but outdoor patios were lovely and expansive.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the state of the house. There were several things that were broken or in disrepair when we arrived. The lights/fans in the three bedrooms off the pool were not working. We were able to turn them on through the breaker but initially it was very difficult to figure out. The bedroom with the pink tile shower had a window that could not be closed and locked all the way and the bathroom pocket door was broken upon arrival. I could not slide the door open or closed. The kitchen was well stocked and had all of the necessary tools for what we needed to cook. The house was exceptionally clean and felt very safe from a covid-19 perspective. As far as the linens go, the mattresses and pillows were unprotected, meaning there were no pillow protectors or bed bug protectors on the mattresses. Overall I would say it was a very positive stay and experience with just a few minor things that in a luxury property such as this I would have expected to be a bit better or at least communicated prior to the stay. Bachelorette Party
20 of my friends and family and I went for the weekend for my bachelorette party. To start, the house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious and perfect for such a large group. The customer service from the Avant Stay team was outstanding. They warned us about the noise ordinance in the neighborhood and we were able to plan accordingly. They also left gifts and a note and made me and my group feel incredibly welcomed. They responded to all my questions via text and very promptly. I appreciate everything they did for me!! Thank you for an incredible experience.

Great house
We had a great vacation at this home. Lots of room and amenities. I would recommend a faster internet speed that allows multiple people to be on the system without effecting television streaming. We were inside for significant portions of time due to the heat and streaming was not always easy. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Beautiful property!
We had such a wonderful time staying with four different families and this property! We had everything we needed and more! The property manager even dropped by big floaties and squirt guns for the kids to use! We are definitely planning to come back!

Will definitely stay here again
This home was perfect for my all women retreat. The sauna and jacuzzi didn't work but they had someone at the house within hours to fix it, we needed more towel and blankets and they brought brand new ones for us. The house is beyond gorgeous and the company was so helpful. Overall, very happy with my experience.

19 Family members from the midwest got together for a week. The house was awesome. Pool area was great. Casita and lower level made a great, separate area for teenage kids. Avant staff was awesome.
