Our beautiful ocean view condo is conveniently located on Main Beach and is only two miles east of Historic Downtown Fernandina, voted the Best Coastal Small Town by USA Today. This charming venue is just minutes from unique shopping, delicious dining options, and historic Fort Clinch State Park. The condo features one bedroom and two baths with an open floor plan and private balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views. It has a king bed, pull out sofa in the living room, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV and fast wi-fi. There are 2 bicycles available for those who enjoy an active lifestyle! Amelia Island really is the best kept secret!! The beach is beautiful and downtown is amazing!! The condo was exactly what the listing said. I highly recommend the rental and Amelia Island as the perfect couples vacation!!

This condo is in a great location and right on the beach. There is a restaurant next door where we had a delicious lunch one day. The condo was quiet and well maintained. Loved the cute shell cleaning station outside. Jennifer and Melissa were both a pleasure to work with.

This property is literally steps from the beach. But it is also close to all of the best attractions on the island like downtown and Fort Clinch.
The condo was the perfect size for a romantic getaway for two. We will definitely have a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Terraces at Beachside! The location is perfect - very short drive to downtown, lots of restaurants, and Fort Clinch. The beach access is super convenient. Just a few steps over the boardwalk and you’re there! I loved that this unit had all tile/hard flooring - so much easier to keep clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You even have a good view of the ocean from the couch in the living room! We have already booked this unit for a week next June and can’t wait to return!

Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Clean! Well stocked. Updated! Great location! Perfect weather! Exceeded our expectations. We have already booked it for our 22nd anniversary next year. Amelia Island is our happy place and finding this gem of a place just made our week even more special. We didn’t want to leave. We came away with 75 shark’s teeth and amazing memories. First off...we rented a condo because a beach house wasn"t available. For a condo it is great. But not private or quiet especially located at at the main beach. And the common elevator has an odd smell.
The apartment is super clean and the view is amazing. I did miss having a bathtub.
The property manager was super efficient and available to answer questions. Overall a good value.
Especially for families with kids it would be perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo is very centrally. Located on the island. 10 minutes from town and right on the beach. It had everything we needed including kitchen and cooking utensils, plenty of towels, comfy furniture, and a beautiful deck to relax on. The check-in process was smooth and, although we only had to contact the manager once about a parking situation, they took care of it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this property, and we will very likely stay there again!

This condo was exactly as depicted in the photos and description.
We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach.
The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc.
A great bonus to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and bikes!!
The Sandbar restaurant next door makes great pizza - Pig & Fig is a must have.
Would definately consider a return trip.

The unit was very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was well stocked regarding pans and dishes. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing. Also, easy access to beach

The condo is spacious, well kept, and in a good location with a view of the beach and ocean. Parking is close by. There were just two of us, but it could be a bit crowded with a larger number. There is just one king-sized bed, and a pull-out coach in the living room. The weather was a bit too chilly for swimming, but we were there in February.

This was a vacation made easy super. Convenient to everything anyone would need for a fantastic time. We enjoyed the dining the nature the history the beach and the wild life right off a balcony. We had a super enjoyable time can’t wait to come back.

We had a very nice time in visiting Amelia Island for the first time. The condo we stayed in was just what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and adjustable with it's own bathroom. Then you had another bathroom off of the kitchen which made getting ready to go out much easier. Both bathrooms had been updated and were very nice. We had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We didn't do any cooking but everything you needed was there if you wanted to cook. The view from the balcony of the beach was great, it was nice to sit out there and just relax. I would certainly stay here again, the location was great and we felt safe and secure. Thanks for for a wonderful first visit to Amelia Island.

It’s right on the beach, very easy access to anything on the island. Quiet and comfortable, guaranteed parking— hard to beat! We had a great time staying here.

Booking Error
We made on-line reservation but was called by property manager that property was already booked.
Also - the pricing is very deceptive. Once all fees are added, the final price is double the "shown" amount.
I am definitely finished with VRBO.

Loved this room!
We have stayed now 3 times at Amelia Island's Terraces at Beachside or the Seaside Amelia Inn and this was by far the best room. It was spacious and clean and offered everything we needed. The big plus for us was finding the baby crib in the closet and the amount of beach chairs/umbrellas in the storage room. Bringing a 4 month old and a 6 yr old to the beach can be a scary task but this condo had room for all we needed and was so clean we often left the two guys hanging out on the rug in front of the tv. If I knew for sure what my schedule would look like next summer I would go ahead now and book a weeks stay. Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! The condo was clean, comfortable and had great amenities. The bikes and beach chairs were a great bonus! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony!
The Historic District was charming and had lots of restaurants and drinking holes making it hard to pick a favorite!
We hope to return in the future!
