The unit is exactly as it pictured.
We had a wonderful four-day weekend staying here.

Great little studio for a long weekend getaway. Fully stocked with cookware. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the futon was. There was also no AC, (it wasn't advertised that there was) I just underestimated the temperature- It got really hot in there. Loved the community and location. There is a lot of outdoor activities to do nearby.

We were a bit disappointed with this property. The pictures are a bit misleading as it felt dark and stuffy, which we didn’t expect. There was a strong cigarette odor that was hard to adjust to and the room kept dropping down to very cold temperatures (50s) even after we adjusted the thermostat. This was stressful since we have a 15 month old and were worried about her being too cold all night. The deck was completely blocked by a mound of treacherous ice from water dripping off the roof, which was disappointing. It’s very close to the mountain, so if you’re just looking for a place to crash while you spend most of the day out and about, it does the trick.

Check-in was easy. We liked the fact that we didn’t have to have a key to get in. We just punched a code every time. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, pans, silverware and plenty of coffee pot options; could use a few more cooking utensils and basic spices. The dimmer lights would not work properly. Some days they wouldn’t come on at all, then in the middle of the night, while in bed, come blasting on, lol! The bathroom door squeaked horribly…couldn’t quietly go in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bed was really uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa the entire week. I arranged pillows on the mattress and sleep on those. That worked out good. All in all the place was very cozy and served its purpose.

Great spot. The listing includes a wood burning fireplace but the property has been prohibiting fires for over a year now. Vacasa also did not reply to a time-sensitive request.

Thank you for this great place. It was exactly what my husband and I needed. Roomie enough for us, quiet, close enough to some restaurants/bars. The room was clean and kitchen stocked with plenty of things one would need for a week stay. They had a full size coffee pot and they even supported a special request (a box fan, for white noise). We would stay again. The only thing that was a, little challenging was the bed. I slept fine but my hubby felt that the mattress was a little on the hard side. I am raving about this place and giving it 5 stars. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

This unit is exactly as described and was perfect for our week at Killington. The only flaw was that the comforter and pillows had some weird stains on them, so we opted not to use them and were left a bit uncomfortable trying to sleep.

The condo and hallways were very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Easy access to elevator to get your bags up to the 6th floor. Close Parking can be tricky on a late Saturday night, but spots were always available in overflow lot.

The location was convenient, however it took a few hours for the heat to go on. It was very cold and Vacasa needed to bring us space heaters late at night.

So I loved this condo. It is close, clean, relatively updated and the beds/pillows were comfy. It was quiet and convenient. We had friends staying in other MG condos who said their rooms were very old and outdated. So I was happy that ours was not. I was very nice.
We travel a lot for racing (attended a MTB race during our stay), so I always compare this one to that. While I am going to list my rather insignificant (but useful suggestions), these by no means decreased my view/rating of the condo. Still a 5 star. Just maybe ideas for the owner to look into.
1. We were given two 13 gallon trash bags, but no 13 gallon trashcan. We just hung it over a chair; but a trash can would have been nice.
2. Ironing board but no iron. I am a wrinkle free person, so was a little bummed I couldn't iron my clothes, but I don't think an MTB noticed. LOL
3. It is always nice when condos have some kind of Tupperware and plastic baggies, aluminum foil. When cooking this helps for leftovers. There was none.... so a few dollar tree Tupperware sets and adding a couple boxes of baggies/foil would be great.
4. A basic stash of spices is nice: we had salt, but that was it. I bought pepper and left it. Garlic salt is always nice too.
5. I LOVED how many towels they left. We had plenty for the 4 of us, for 5 nights and never had to wash towels. But when getting dressed (hair makeup etc), I wanted to leave the door open, but the towel rack behind the door (again full of towels that I appreciated), was too full and the door kept opening. I just brought one of their two fans inside the bathroom and shut the door.
Overall - a very nice stay and visit. Kids were glad the pool was heated and enjoyed swimming one night. Laundry was easy to access (uses apple pay or download an app). I would def stay again if racing takes us back to Killington.

Worked well for a spring ski week. Room for a couple and a child (on pull out coach). Well equipped kitchen. Close to Ramshead and Snowshed lifts.
Not a fan of the clutter-y rocking chairs or the flimsy coffee table but otherwise enjoyable.

The condo was nice. The walk up...is a lot.
The pots and pans and cookery are in need of replacement.
The shower is clean, but needs service. The bathroom vent needs desperate cleaning. Getting messages weeks after cancellation deadlines, yet weeks prior to departure too that the fireplace is NOT functional, then the common hot tub is not usable, the shuttle is only for weekends...etc. Less than stellar performance at this price level IMHO. The location is really saving this dated community

Great for ski vacation
Overall a good place to stay for a ski weekend and would definitely recommend for a long weekend. Good value with kitchen to sace money on dining out. Might be a little tight for more than 2 though.
Pros:
-Comfotable bed and pull out couch.
-Close to K1/Ramshead Main lodge with shuttle on the weekend or 2/3 min drive to parking lot
-Kitchen that has good appliances to make meals.
-Elevator to reach 6 floor condo
-Balcony with nice view
Con:
-Kitchen lacks decent pots/pans/knives but has enough to make meals
-Cleaning was suspect and had to rerun all the dishes/pans
-Fireplace is not functioning b/c building chimney deemed inssues but not the condos fault ofcourse.
-Condo a little dated.

Stayed for 3 nights. You can’t beat the view! Comfortable bed, and clean. The kitchen could use some additional pots and newer accessories. Also, the unit needed to be aired out as it smelled of smoke from the fireplace. A little updating and this could easily be a 5 star rental.

Great unit very near local breweries, distilleries, and hiking trails! It’s a short drive to Rutland, Woodstock, and even Montpelier! This was in the off season, so businesses were very hit or miss with their operating hours. The people are great regardless! Great weeklong vacation!

Property was perfect size for me and my husband. Very clean. Less than 2 minute drive to base of Killington. Love that wood is provided for the fireplace. Elevator was a little hard to catch with covid restrictions, so we got our workout walking up the stairs. Overall we loved the space and would stay there again.

Beautiful weekend getaway
Stayed two nights and it was everything we expected. The space is lovely and clean. Great location. Only downside is 6th floor without an elevator. But the view from the balcony is worth it

Started terrible, got better, then COVID-19
Ok, the first reservation was on the 8th floor and when we got there the sign on the elevator said out of order and wouldn't be fixed for several weeks. We would have been dead if we keep that room We called Vacasa and the were great! Had us a new room in Bld A. Awesome room then because of the COVID-19 pandamic everything shut down. Vacation down the toilet. Again Home Away/Vacasa was great. NP on a credit for the unused nights.

Great location
Our stay was wonderful, location to snowshed is a quick walk across the parking lot. Only issue was we were on the 6th floor and no elevator service all week and nobody making any effort to repair it! Not easy climbing up or down that amount of stairs in ski boots, or carrying all the personal belongings for the week up/down stairs.
