Nothing. Owners trying to steal my deposits claiming we stole an old tv.
Just had a message from the owner saying we have stolen a tv. This I’m guessing is way to keep the deposit. SCAM. They sent me a pic of an old tv and have said that it is missing. I sent them a video we took of them apartment to show we cleaned up and left tidy and in the video there is no TV. AVOID!! I am raising formal complaint with booking.com. I use booking.com every week and this is first issue. be very aware of this property Southend Apartments

Nothing to like at all
That the owners took over £3000 off me in a month and refused to wait for the money to clear in there account when I sent them it and showed proof for the last 2 days stays and they kicked me out in the street with no warning, very rude and pushy and lied

All good. Used as a base for the Thames Estuary Walk, so about a 20 min walk to Southend Central station. About 10 mins to the high street.
I did have small issues but was in WhatsApp contact with managing agents and got swift responses.
If it wasn't for the parking permit problem I'd give full marks.
Bit of a problem with parking. You need a permit to use the car park and there wasn't one left in the apartment and I couldn't be provided with one during my stay. I managed on street free parking but still not ideal (or as described).
