Situated in Lynn, this charming condo for $227 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves! A private one-bedroom apartment with a deck, a grill and a garden. This quiet and secluded location overlooks the Swampscott harbor that has three beaches as well as a number of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. Its close enough to stroll along the beach to hear some music at a local restaurant, yet far enough not to be disturbed by it at night. Salem is only 10 minutes away and downtown Boston about 30. The place offers perfect relaxation after a busy day. NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS, do not book if you have mobility issues! Checkout is 10 AM. At the end of your stay please take out the trash, and strip the bed. Please tell me a little bit about your trip when booking and let me know if it’s 2 or 3 people that are coming. Thanks!

I am appreciative of the owners detailed description on how to find this property as I probably never would have found it otherwise. It is tucked away on the hillside of a beautiful inlet on the coast. The view of the water and Boston skyline from our balconey/porch was amazing. The setup was perfect for a couple, any more than 2 wouldn't fit well. Was kind of like a mother-in-law suite with a small stove, fridge, and sink. We used the fridge to stash "beverages" and snacks found on our adventure into Boston and Salem. We were unable to catch any of the local food in Swampscott but acess to a lot of good restaurants within 15-20 minutes especially in and around Salem, ones in Boston were a bit farther past the airport. Highly recomend for a weekend/week get away for a couple.

I have family in Swampscott and wanted to be near. This was the perfect location! Super cute neighborhood. You can walk to cafes and restaurants in minutes and take a stroll or jog along the paved sidewalk near the bay. My daughter said the apartment reminded her of a European flat. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It made our visit with family super convenient. Will definitely be staying here again. We are from Texas and aren’t used to Massachusetts winters, so we found the apartment a little cold. Other than that, we had a great stay.

This property was perfect for two people! It’s located right in between Salem, Ma and Boston, Ma., so it was great to be able to explore both in one trip. The property itself was very clean and Ivan was quick to respond to any communications we had. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect for our purpose of a quick girls getaway. Partial view of water and sailboats off the porch. Very quiet area and nieghbors. Property was clean, a fresh coat of paint would make it look better. Ivan is a terrific host, he let us drop off our luggage early while the cleaning crew worked. He also brought us extra towels and paper towel when we requested. We would stay again if we came back to this area.

Ivan's little place is tucked away in a small alcove just a few hundred feet from the shore. Great view to wake up to in the morning and very nice neighborhood worth the evening walk back from dinner or grilling on the deck after a day at nearby Salem. The only downside was the stairs required to get to the apartment but aside from that. A perfect little getaway with easy access to Salem and the Boston area.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The space was perfect for my wife and I as we did some sightseeing during the day and hung out there in the morning and evening. Having breakfast on the deck was wonderful! Thanks for a great stay!

This was an apartment with a great view and perfect for two people. It had a clean and stylish bathroom with plenty of room for toiletries. The kitchenette allows for the preparation of simple meals, but the apartment is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. On street parking only. The house and apartment are located on the side of the hill, requiring the use of a stairway of 20 plus steps to reach the apartment. Only people who can climb steps should rent this place.

I stayed at this apartment with my husband (we shared the bedroom) and my dad (who slept on the fold out couch). We were all very comfortable and slept great! The apartment had everything we needed, a kitchen area with a coffeemaker and a fridge, a table with a great window view, a few books and a board game on the bookshelves, the bedroom has a tv , and the terrace has a beautiful view of the water. It's just a short walk to the waterfront, a convenience store, and several restaurants. We were all very hapy with our stay here.

Very cozy space. Perfect for two people. It’s below another apartment so certainly not completely secluded but we didn’t mind! Absolutely wonderful view of the beach. Close to Salem and Boston where we were visiting.

We wanted a quick easy get away and we were delighted with Ivan’s apartment. At the outset, his warning about accessibility is correct: to go up to your car or down to the beach, you will have more than 2 dozen steps to climb. In exchange doe the effort , there is a beautiful deck the length of the apartment with a view of Naha to and over to Boston harbor. Bring your binoculars and watch the shops going into the port of Boston. The place is is comfortable and appropriately furnished. My adult son had no complaints about the sofa bed. That said, it’s a small place for 3 or more - the sofa definitely gets out away in the day. The kitchen is tiny, with a small range, a small fridge and separate small freezer. Perfectly adequate if you plan on eating dinner out as we did. Lastly, the location: loved the view of the ocean - peaceful and quiet. A few restaurants within walking distance with outdoor dining. The small beach was fun to be on and not too crowded. The water quality made it unappealing to swim in, however. We had one minor thing that we neede help with and the owner was friendly and attentive to our issue. If I were coming back to the area I would defiantly rent this place again.
