Located in Mendon, this lovely condo for $92 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Mountain Green: 2E3 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Vacasa will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. Enjoy your next family ski-cation at this comfortable condo that offers the best of everything! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, kick back outside and enjoy the views from your furnished balcony, or head out and sample the many on-site amenities including a dry spa, racquetball court, gift shop, and so much more! What's nearby: Mountain Green Resort is just a short distance from Snowshed Base Lodge, the Killington Tubing Park, and the Mountain Green Ski & Golf Resort, ensuring there's plenty to do nearby no matter the season! In warmer weather, enjoy the many hiking trails the area has to offer, or rent a mountain bike for a spectacular, scenic ride. And for dining options, take a drive along Killington Road to find everything from sports bars to sushi. Things to know This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Security camera details: Outside of all Buildings and In front of the elevators in Building 3 Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The location is great. The unit is pretty old but in decent condition. It wasn’t as clean and we would have liked. The dishes weren’t clean and there was a lot of hair on the bed. Not having AC was okay. Other than that is was a pretty good place to stay.

The fire place was mentioned alot on the listing but when we got there it was placed out of service buy the fire marshal.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were absolutely disgusted with the property as well as the customer service from Vacasa. The couches were covered in stains, the untensils were not clean, there were stains all over the carpets and my duvet cover was covered in blood. In trying to speak with Vacasa we were managed by robots sending text messages promising someone would get in touch with us but never did. I was finally able to speak with someone from Vacasa by calling repeatedly myself who again promised me that someone would be in touch to change the sheets and assist us with other matters. I was later informed that they had no duvet covers and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say this was not a pleasant experience for us. I would not book this property again and I will not ever be dealing with Vacasa who has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.

The condo did not feel clean. Carpets and furniture stained and needed cleaning. Bathroom and linens were clean.

I was a little worries when I found out there was no ac. But once we got in and opened all the windows and got the fans cranking...much better. We stayed 2 nights--it met the need. Went here because of the adventure center. Most of the food we brought in...thank God because the stores were charging ridiculous acts of money for groceries! A case of water for $15.99+. I can get that at home for $3. (We opted not on thT purchase) got to use the pool. Nice stay and we enjoyadventure center. center.

Overall this unit needs work. The room was definitely cleaned, but it's very outdated and has a funky smell. Not terrible, but not fresh either. The bunk beds are horrible! The are SO shaky and unstable we couldn't let anyone sleep on the top bunk for fear they would collapse onto the kid underneath. We had to pull a mattress off the top bunk and place in on the floor so our third child had a place to sleep. Two of the four kitchen chairs are also so wobbly we were afraid to sit on them. (The kids dubbed this the "Wobbly House").
The main bathroom is pretty gross and really needs a complete renovation. Although the listing says "amenities are unavailable " I did not realize this meant the pool, hot tub, sports court, etc were ALL closed for the entire season. (Things like microwave and hair dryer are also listed under "amenities" and were available, so it really wasn't clear.). Finally, about a week before we got here I got an email saying the fireplace would be inoperable, which was another disappointment.
All of this combined made for a mediocre experience. I would not recommend this place, nor would I come back. The location was great though, so as long as you know what you're getting, it might be worth it for some.
