The nice gentleman who always checks us in was very nice, but that was about it. There is a woman there during the day who isn’t. She looks and acts like a drug user, the lot is filled with druggies, sellers, or hookers. The room had dried cereal and milk on the floor. They don’t give you real towels. Their rooms are so dingy and disgusting that it was hard to sleep. Also, the ac’s don’t work well

Almost everything. Then two weeks after we stayed I get a notification that they are trying to charge my card again!! I’m extremely upset I have to keep my card locked because they tried three times to take extra money out when I was told the room would only be $102.91 with all taxes and charges included.

Great remodeled room, too many sketchy people!

Room was clean and there were no little critters scurrying around. Shower was great and so was the hot water. Parked in front of my room. Bar next door, the Tiki Lounge. Many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Bus 22 stops nearby. stanrta.org bus info. Little table and two chairs, was great for writing and eating.

The TV remote worked but the channel line up was.grade B channels and.too many shopping channels. No movie channels! No news at 5pm or news channel. No TV guide. Homeless people seem to hang around and it looks like some of them live there. Too many sketchy people.

nothing. didn’t feel safe. we left.

smelled of cigarettes, disgusting sheets and rooms. hadn’t been cleaned or swept since the 70s. hookers and druggies all around.

Fix the Wi-Fi password

Tv worked and we could smoke and our puppy was fine

We kept asking for the wifi password but the 1 the manager gave us didn't work.

About as comfortable as a porter potty.

Location was near downtown

The building looks like it's dilapidated. Pool was empty. Patches all over walls, cracks everywhere. Bed frame looks crappily homemade with 2x4's. It felt dirty to touch anything.

The clerk /cleaning lady I believe her name was Victoria was very nice and friendly and very helpful we walked in the room and could smell the cleanliness.

The rate variation and misleading information on the booking site is not up to date...

Pleasant

There were no cockroaches and I didn't get bed bugs either. I was nervous about it after reading reviews so I called and asked if they still had this issue . They told me they didn't so I took a chance and I was pleased they told the truth

I didn't like that they charged me tax twice. I was told that what I was priced was less because the tax were not included but later when I looked my billing on your site the tax was included.

The worst experience ever. The place was full of roaches and mold, not taken care of at all. Will never come back!

Just put some money back into the hotel

That it was very nice staff

It was dirty; it was unsafe cause the lock was broken, the mattress was ancient the walls were filthy. It just needed to get scrubbed down with some paint, and it was, And it was a health and safety Issue, Way over the price for the money, and as much as it was, you think they would put some of it back into the hotel.

At first it was the price that's all

The beds were all the room was dirty flooring was missing they have disposable towels that's the only thing they have there's no soda no nothing there that everything's outdated showers hung up by piece of wood everything's dirty mold in the bathroom they overcharged me they charge me for a deposit apparently they don't even charge for a deposit and they won't give me my money back horrible Place can't believe that it's on booking.com

Horrible!

felt like we were the only people that were not drug dealers!

It was scary-people roaming around all night and at 4:00 am the people upstairs started moving furniture-woke us up and we left!
