the hotel is located just on the beach. The beach is beautiful and the water is one of the clearest on the island. the rooms are big аbe comfortable. We got great value for the money paid.Literally, other hotels were much more expensive and looked no better than this. Friendly staff. Large complex. Free parking.
Certain small drawbacks. The breakfast is average and I don’t know why we didn’t have cold water for like 15 minutes during midnight on the last day.Maybe because the hotel is on a island and they manually pump water. Anywa the stay was very enjoyable.

Great location, short walk to centre and on the beach. We had a swim up room (701) and it was amazing, sun all afternoon and evening. The shower and bathroom where immaculate, with fresh towels daily and even bed linen if you asked.
The pool bar at the new site was not open so had to walk to the main pool bar opposite beach, saved us ££££ but was a bit of a pain. Breakfast wasn’t my taste, wish they let you do room only as we never went.

The hotel is situated on a very nice sandy beach, it has very good food, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable.
We stayed on the lower level and there were some issues with the drainage, but they fixed them.
It would be nice to have an 'All inclusive' option, as it's easier when you have kids, instead of having to go to some tavern at noon.

I like the swimming pools the location and the room.
Lack of supervising.
One man for jobs. One lifeguard for 5 or 6 pool.
One guy for maintenance, solving all problems,
Ac no batteries. Tv no batteries. Electric key Door no batteries. The safe was free, they try to charge me.

We had the bedroom with access to the private pool, and it was incredible!! We loved it!! Its a nice hotel, to relax, rest and enjoy. The beach is good also. The location in Alykanas was really good cause you have a lot of restaurants and bars by walking.
Breakfasts were ok but dinners didnt have too much options to choose, in our opinion

Waterpark and beach were excellent for families.
WiFi wasn't good at the room. Shower was leaking despite the room being a new construction.

Everyday cleaning (however I would appreciate to have brush and dustpan to be able to clean the sand out from the room). Perfect resort for children (playgroung, waterpark, childrens pool). Friendly staff. Very close to the beach and also to shops and restaurants.
Many pools, some of them accessible right from the room. Food and drinks in the snackbar were good.
Breakfast was ok, but they really tried to save money and offered some lowest quality stuff. Well, I do not need fresh orange juice for 5 euro per liter. I am fine with some 30 % orange nectar for 50 cents per liter. But the disguisting chemical sugary syrup was not necessary to be served in this type of hotel. I would appreciate more fruit, there was just a watermelon. Desserts were total tragedy both for breakfast and dinner. It was no dessert, it was just some chemical pink matter. You tried a small teaspoon and you wanted to vomit. If they baked simple cake just from flour, sugar, milk and egg, it would be million times better. Dinner was ok, however 20 euro per person was overpriced. You could get much much better food in any restaurant in the town for 10-13 euros.
Beds were short and not very comfortable. However we appreciated to have 3 beds available for two adults and a baby. However, the head of the bed was broken and fell off to us, which was a bit dangerous.
There were many mosquitos in September inside the room (we never switched on lights and open the window, they had to be in the room before we came), so we couldn't sleep well. I killed 18 of them in several days and then it got better.

The pools variety, the sandy beach.
The breakfast was terrible, the attitude of the staff was disgraceful, we arrived in a room with 35 degrees and we were told that they provide only one room card to avoid the AC to be on when not in the room. When you have to get out for a dinner after that, it is hard to accept…

I liked the view and the location a lot, I liked the stuff also very kind people.
The Pools unreal, was so dirty, 1 pool was green you couldn't even see the tile in the pool, the people was eating inside in the pool mostly ice-cream, I stayed 10 days I saw them once they clean it, but wasn't enough, I never used the pool as I have 2 kids and I don't want them to get anything from the pool.
The breakfast a lot of choices but without taste. So we eat only 2 days and we had free breakfast.
The beach was next to the hotel but you have to pay 10euro so its not free. Never gonna stay there again even if I get 50% off from what I paid. I don't recommend it.

The choice of four pools. The water park. Also the beach right next to the resort was lovely.
The bathroom, as it was old and needed maintenance. The tiles were broken and there was mould above the bath/shower.

Well-positioned resort, with direct access to the sea, clean beach, fine sand, smooth entrance to the sea. The Aquapark is fun for children, large swimming pools, playground for children, spacious room with air conditioning, the view from the room was beautiful, varied and tasty meals. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. There is a well-stocked store within the resort. Across the street was a tour agency - perfect for trips. I highly recommend it.

The wifi is a bit spotty, but that’s expected on the islands.

I like the location in front of the beach and the facilities, like swimming pool and kids water park.
The breakfast and dinner were poor in quality. Also the wifi connection was not good.

The hotel was nice, friendly staff and pools and beach nice….
BUT the food was way below standard, I paid for dinner at your restaurant my family and myself had to go and eat elsewhere.

- Water slides were great for our 4yo son. He loved them and took a real liking to the lifeguard.
- nice views from the room, pool areas and snack bar.
- Friendly staff
- Room was large with 3 beds (2 singles and a double).
- Dated rooms (804) with way too much unnecessary furniture.
- Shower had to be hand held because if it was placed in the holder, the hose would kink (it’s rubber) and so there would be no water pressure.
- the loud music underneath the room at 1am. whilst it appears a family friendly hotel this made sleeping difficult. suggest a room away from reception.
- Breakfast options were okay, however it was an absolute circus if you walked in after 9am. Way too crowded.
- Pools are cleaned way too early. Every night from the balcony we saw what appeared to be Chlorine Granules getting thrown into the pool, in at least a 10-15 litre bucket. There were no signs put up to state pool is closed. There was no roping off etc so each time, within minutes we saw young children jump in the water, one with a snorkel. Having a pool at home this is so dangerous and negligent by the hotel. they need to fix this as it can cause serious problems.
- This is the typical package stay place where you see all the British race to the sun lounges at 6:30am to make sure they snag a chair for the whole day even if it won’t be used. I’ve never seen this before in Greece after at least 18 months staying in hotels in this country.

It was at the beach front.
the price-value rate is really low. this is definitely not an 4 star hotel. Referring to Covid, a full clean-up was promised, but the room was dirty. Breakfast and dinner are completely unanimous, and the food quality is also really low. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The water is amaizing and the sandy beach is small and clean; etrance is water is smooth, kids really loved the water. We were 3 families with a total of 5 kids of ages from 4 to 11 but because the hotel has several pools and a water park we, adults, were able to relax and enjoy the holiday... PS. There is a market inside the facility where you can buy many things from water to small things that you forgot home or small gifts .
The coffee in the breakfast and the fact that at 7 all pools were closing and we had to leave the sunbeds,

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Alikanas Village Resort. It's very close to the beach (next to the hotel pools), staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, pools are great. I must point out that there was a mistake in our booking - we ordered a better room, and we got a suite for the first night, which was located in the older part of the hotel. The problem was resolved the next day. Unfortunately, the rooms in the older part are a bit dark, you can see that they need renovation. The newer part is really nice, bright and spacious and we recommend staying there.
The breakfasts are quite basic (and we're not too demanding). Could use more fresh vegetables, better quality bread or cheese / cold cuts or some local products. I have the impression that the budget is quite tight, although everything is fresh and the service is very nice.
The strange thing is also that some of the deficiencies are justified by covid - e.g. there are no towels available for the pool / beaches. I don't know how it is related to covid, this is the first time we see something like this and I have the impression that it is related to savings rather than covid. You can buy a beach towel in a hotel shop though. But I really hate being forced to buy something I dont really need at home (and i dont want to throw it away after vacation).
