Everything from design, comfort, cleanliness, history and gardens
Area is a little sketchy but mostly felt safe on the property

Stunning. Beautifully decorated. Friendly owners. Beautiful grounds. Gorgeous all around.
Breakfast service took a little longer than anticipated, but was absolutely delicious. Excited to eat there again.

The breakfast crepes were delicious and loved the coffee. This is my second time staying on the property but the first time I had time to enjoy the fountain, koi pond, sunroom, and fire pit area. Such a treat! Cannot imagine how the stay could have been any more relaxing. Looking forward to going back.
Everything was great. I cannot think of a single thing to improve the experience. It was a much-needed treat and the perfect visit.

I loved EVERYTHING! The aesthetic of this B&B is breathtaking. I don’t even know where to start- it is literally something out of a fairytale. Everything is exactly how it is described and pictured

It was beautiful. Very comfortable and relaxing after a long week.
I wish there had been snacks or something to eat and drink when I checked in late in the evening, as is the case with many other BNBs in which I have stayed. Charge me for them but make them available. There was also no microwave so when I wanted to heat up the muffin and coffee I brought with me, knowing I would be out earlier than breakfast was served, I couldn't heat them up and didn't have time to stop anywhere due to an early appointment.

Beautiful big house. We would love to come back and bring some friends. The rooms are all cozy, and you feel like you could stay for a week just to play board games and relax.
The outside courtyard was lovely, although it appeared to be undergoing some construction, which is understandable.

It was beautiful and so clean. smelled so good inside and very calm environment. And was right next to our family. The breakfast was so good!! yogurt, blueberry scones boiled egg and orange juice. We found our new place to stay every time now.
I like everything, the hot water did take a little long to heat up.

the very best accommodation I have ever been in!! the love for details and design, the perfect and functional interior, the thoughtfulness of the owners, the heart-warming spirit of hospitality- close, yet not too close - the breakfast, the beverage-selections, shortly said: everts blew me/is away! what a gem!! big thanks to Kris and Alan and Melanie
pure perfection!

Lovely environment. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.
Needed additional chair in room. Need better lighting in room, especially for reading.

it was beyond words AMAZING. The decor and hospitality. the quaintness
the fresh breakfast. The way the owners bent over backwards to
accommodate us from an early check in to an earlier breakfast. words can not convey our appreciation
really nothing, except the steps were a struggle for me due to me
having MS. A ramp would
have been easier but I made it. lol

The staff was incredible and very friendly and welcoming. We ended up having the whole main house to ourselves which meant after dinner at Sushi Aka, rather than going out to another establishment, we picked up some wine and came back to a really cozy, comfortable huge home and enjoyed the rain and wind around the property. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will be back.
I honestly cannot say a single negative thing about the facilities, bedding, staff, grounds. Breakfast was delivered to the room. It was a magical night.

Amazing location, beautiful building, terrific breakfast, super-nice hosts...could go on and on.
You have to look really hard to find something here...maybe that the TV does not have cable channels.

The Pinner House is visually stunning and immaculate. I LOVED the bed and the linens. I loved the living room and the games there. I really like the carafes of water and the natural light. I appreciated the privacy the hosts gave us. It was a relaxing experience. The blueberry scones were excellent! Reminded me of the blueberry pop tarts I loved as a kid! I really liked the teas offered. I wish I could have bought a box from them. I loved the robes as well.
We would have liked a little more hospitality and perhaps a tankless water heater. The water took over 10 minutes to warm up and when it did there was the poor water pressure. We were given only one wash clothe to use for two people. The rug surrounding the bed is very uncomfortable (wicker) under bare feet and I do not typically bring slippers. The bathroom is beautiful but there isn't anywhere to put anything around the sink. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out where things are such as light switches and outlets. The hosts did not give us a tour of our room. There is really nowhere to set up a computer to do any work. Even though there are two people booked to the room there aren't two chairs for you to sit in that are the same height. We told the host that we drink a lot of water but it was not left for us after we told them. We got a cheese plate and left it in the fridge but when we were leaving it was gone so we could not take home the food we paid for. Finally, no one ever came to get dirty plates or carafe bottles so there were dirty dishes from breakfast for 2 days in our room.

Fluffy robes, peaceful sitting areas, extremely comfortable bed, quiet, serene, breakfast was spectacular- tea and scones and a beautiful view out of the window started a long day off just right!
I wish I could have stayed longer and not have been in town just for work
