The location was fab, close to so many shops, restaurants and the beach.

The lack of ac in the rooms was a little annoying but not the worst.

We had a ball.

The location was fantastic with a supermarket on your doorstep. We loved having our own pool and pleasing ourselves with food etc instead of sticking to buffet times with a hotel.

The knives are very sharp!! Be careful.. we had a bit of an accident with one whilst cutting a baguette.

Location, Size, Amenities within the Villa 10/10

The location was perfect, a 1 minute walk to a shopping centre which has multiple restaurants, shops and a supermarket. It was also in walking distance (30 minutes) to a bigger shopping centre which had Zara, H&M etc. The villa was so spacious also! We were a group of 7 women so needed the space! The villa was everything we would want and more! I wish we had planned to stay for longer

Exceptional

The size of the property was amazing and the pool and chairs were excellent to lounge about. Close to shopping center where we got some food for lunches and about 20 min walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds.

Relaxing, comfortable break in a superb property with great support from a very helpful contact in Ione.

Spacious, secure, comfortable, sunny aspect, close to supermarket and shopping centre.

Only 2 showers for 8 people Broken furniture reported on arrival but not fixed Low water pressure first few days. Pool should’ve been refilled, cleaned better.

Wrongly described, seriously lacking, doesn't cater for 8. No soundproofing!

On arrival, the owner kindly let us store our bags as we arrived early and the place was being cleaned and was left presentable.

Caters/sleeps x 8: It sleeps 8 people but does not cater for 8. For e.g. the main bedroom / en suite there are 2 x double beds sharing, not what one would expect! Plus lack of storage to hang clothes, totally unacceptable. We were lucky that there was only 6 of us. Note, this room is actually the converted car garage which has no soundproofing and the ‘rockery’ wall behind sheets of plexiglass panels squeak & creek constantly. All night / day, with wind and rain. When it rains, it bounces off the roof ‘which sounds like tin’ and makes sleep impossible. The front living room has 1 sofa seating 3! Outside the living room is 1 large sofa, fake leather that peels off, your clothes will be covered. We could not use this area anyway as after rain, it flooded, was soaked for the rest of our holiday, so not all of us had somewhere to sit. Pool area, has 3 sunbeds and people are expected to use the floor! The pool is not heated, it doesn’t have this feature available. Be careful when reading descriptions. Photos, are of varied villas. Villa floods when raining, water enters the kitchen, front room and back seating area, it pours down walls, under doors, through light fixtures (in the covered outdoor seating area). The showers flood the bathrooms, water could not drain away fast enough, as a result water floods the whole bathroom, we made barriers out of towels for safety. Electricity was constantly blowing fuses in the kitchen – you could not use more than 2 kitchen appliances with lights on in there, e.g. kettle, hob and lights. Its very fair to say that whilst the owner responded promptly, there is a lot wrong with this villa, it ruined our holiday and the owner will not take any responsibility, promised compensation and has since been rather rude and just blames the ‘weather’ for everything and has since been insulting to my wife. All completely unacceptable.

Pleasant.

Checkin - My checkin request was not met which was disappointing at the time but in hindsight wasn’t the end of the world. However, checkout was seamless. The Area - The location is very good; ten minutes walk to the centre of Adeje. The X Sur shopping centre and McDonalds are two minutes walk which was really convenient - there is a taxi rank here too. There is a petrol station across the road too with a cafe (rather expensive for what is provided); I would recommend walking towards the main are of Adeje for better food and prices. There is also a pharmacy at the petrol station as well as a Steakhouse restaurant which smelled divine. Overall amenities are very good and the villa is very accessible. There isn’t really a need to use taxis at all and definitely no need to hire a car. The Villa and Surrounds - The villa itself is lovely and modern. The place was clean and there were a fair amount of cutlery and dishes etc. The outside of the villa is lovely too; the pool is big and gets sun for the most of the day. There was ample space in the downstairs bedroom (two double beds in one room) for storage of clothes however the upstairs bedrooms (two bedrooms both with one double bed) had very little space for storage so maybe more hangers could be provided in future. The showers were in good working order and remained at a constant temperature which was lovely. Overall I would stay here again as the villa is nice and location is very good. The host is also really lovely which makes such a difference. Thank you Ione.

Checkin - unfortunately our request for early checkin that had been approved a few weeks previously wasn’t met. The area - There was construction going on next door for the duration of our stay which was unfortunate as we weren’t made aware of this prior to arrival (one morning the builders were spray painting which was off putting). The noise from construction was minimal though infairness to the builders and it didn’t cause too much of a disruption. The road which the villa is located on is very busy at all times of the day and night so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if that affects you. It didn’t affect us though. The Villa and Surrounds - We did have to buy some plastic cups as there definitely isn't enough cups and glasses available there to cover the amount of people that the villa caters for but that’s only something small. The railing going down into the pool was really rusty and one of the screws was actually missing so the railing was loose which is a little dangerous but I’m sure that will be fixed. There is a glass mosaic at the bottom of the pool so just watch out for that as you could cut your foot. The beds were uncomfortable. Although the villa had been cleaned when we arrived the smell from the drawers and presses in the kitchen was pretty bad; same for the room off the kitchen where the brush and mop are stored. There is a couch in the outside area is shedding its coating.

nice trip away with friends, very clean and felt safe

lovely modern property, very close to the beach and restaurant strips. overall good trip.

The pool has some raised writing on the bottom which a few of us cut our feet on, the villa flooded in the rain and there wasn’t air con so would be too hot to sleep in the summer. There also were only 3 sun loungers for an 8 bed villa.

Comfortable stay!

The caretaker Natalia was brilliant. Easy to communicate with and very prompt with our requests. We rented 2 villas. The villas were modern, clean, nice pool and kitchen. Request for Villa no.15 as the view is great and you get plenty of sun during the day! -Close to shopping centre -A 15 min walk to the beach -10 min drive to Siam Park

We had to pay extra for the heated pool 100euro (50euro per villa) for 3 days. One of the pool, the heating was working perfectly. The other one (Villa no.10) not so much. The person in charged said it was heated but it felt a little cold to us in comparison to the other pool in the other villa. Be aware that not all rooms has AC. -Lack of toiletries

great location, very clean and the host was amazing. she even booked our taxi for us back to the airport on our leaving day.

we booked villa 15 but got moved to villa 10 last minute (don’t know why). We didn’t know there was a security deposit of 500euro until we were there. we would have accommodated spending money for this had we known. The biggest downfall was that when we booked the villa it said there was aircon however there was only aircon in two rooms in the entire villa. this made a few of the guests have an uncomfortable stay in the rooms without aircon. Villa 10 could do with a bit of TLC. paint/fascia in the back garden peeling above the swimming pool.

location was ideal, and the security of the villa was good

firstly it didn’t meet the description on the ad I was told there is aircon in all rooms, there was aircon only in 1 bedroom, 2 aircon units in 2 rooms didn’t work apparently they are not connected at all the tap didn’t work the shower took ages to warm up the beds were verrrrrryyyyy uncomfortable we had to pay for massages because of how uncomfortable they were the woman who greeted us on the first day was helpful and did her best to get cooling units installed however, due to lack of communication they didn’t bring the units until the 2nd to last day the photos of the villa didn’t match the villa we were put in; the pool was poorly placed in the corner and got some sun max 1.5/2hrs a day disappointing all round

Disappointing due to lack of air conditioning and kitchen having cockroach infestation

Location is great and the villa is a nice size

Obvious signs of water damage in most rooms, pool grate was broken, cockroaches infested kitchen, air conditioning in only 2 bedrooms and not in any other area. Overall it cost way more than it was worth

The location was really good. the size overall was great and the bedrooms where a good size .

The villa needs some repairs doing it only has 1 showers that can be used without flooding the bedrooms .it only has 2 showers anyway this it not enough for 9 people .the garden furniture needs a good clean and new cushions for the sun bed just not comfortable to lay on .it also need the dead trees removed from the garden it also has a really bad smell from the the seller room kids was uncomfortable stay down there only good thing about seller was it had air-conditioning the rest of the villa never had any air con just master suite and seller .but we made the most of what we had if I stayed again there I would like to stay at the top end of the villas

Very nice all around. The only complaint i would have is the the location. There's no safe way to get across the roads. Especially when you have children. The traffic is super fast and they dint stop when u wanted to cross xx

A wonderful house for a big family holiday.

Big house, good heated swimming pool, garage, amazing host Kike.

Shower in main bathroom in need of upgrade, more maintenance in the swimming pool as by the end of the week the water was not good anymore.

Great stay, would stay again!

Great location, about 15 minute was to beach. Exactly what we needed for the weekend. We were a large group so split between 2 villas. Kike was lovely and very helpful with anything needed! I would recommend these villas.
