Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement. Situé dans une rue calme, en dix minutes à pied vous atteignez le centre ville historique pour vous balader, trouver de superbes restaurants, et visiter parmi les plus beaux musées de la région. Bien que le parking soit très petit (convient parfaitement à de petits véhicules), c'est une option très agréable dans ces villes au stationnement limité et à la circulation réduite.

L'appartement est spacieux, toutefois loin de la qualité qu'on peut attendre en lisant le descriptif et en regardant les photos. Un nettoyage relativement approximatif (tâches sur les draps et oreillers / douche avec joints oranges), de la vaisselle disponible en petite quantité ou sale (un seul verre à vin disponible pour un logement pour trois), une machine à laver inutilisable avec un tambour partant en orbite pendant l'essorage, ... Pour un séjour où vous souhaitez profiter de l'appartement (en cas de mauvais temps, séjour avec des enfants, ou pour vous restaurer vous-mêmes) nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement. Ce qui est fort dommage car sa localisation et ses prestations sont, sur le papier, idéales.

La struttura si trova al centro di parma, in struttura non manca proprio niente, funziona tutto alla perfezione e abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e in ordine, non ho niente da recriminare ma soltanto da fare i complimenti a questa struttura dotata di tutti i confort..la struttura é situata in un palazzo condominiale ben tenuto e sono presenti a pochi passi locali,farmacie,supermercati,panifici,fruttivendoli e ristoranti. Excellent location in a small quiet side street right near a bus stop on a major road. Walkable everywhere. Quiet 3 storey residential building well taken care of. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable - I didn’t cook but it had all utensils you would need if you wanted to. Small local supermarket a 4 minute walk away. Excellent value.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. I really liked staying here. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked brand new. I had great communication with the management team and he gave me unbelievable places to eat at.

Very comfortable good sized accommodation. Large living area with a balcony. Nice bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in apartment was good.

Nothing except we asked about arriving early and they were not at all flexible regarding entering the apartment earlier. They only offer a discount on leaving luggage at a storage place.

Given the inconvenience I experienced, there is nothing good that I could say about the apartment and the owner, except for a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

The description says that the apartment is rented with air conditioning, but this is not true! The apartment does not have a working air conditioner and the owner does not warn about it. From the latest reviews, it can be seen that the problem did not arise suddenly, but has existed for a long time. They offer a portable air conditioner which is useless because it is not connected properly, so that the warm air goes outside, it just stays inside and heats up the apartment even more (photo attached). And also fans in the bedrooms - which is generally ridiculous in this heat! As a result, we were forced to suffer in this heat for 2 nights, and the owner did not even offer any compensation! I would not recommend this property to anyone with this attitude!

The location was great.

The air condition didn’t work. I’v been told by the the stuff that booking should notify me about that, but the didn’t. The owner put a portable air conditioner, but it was useless because it made a lot of noise and it output a lot of hot air from it back side…😶😡 .the garage- Although it has a garage, I was very problematic!! It has a car elevator that was so small and tight that it was *very** challenging to get out from it.
