Dirty carpets and smell Used and dirty lounge No tv remote No wifi

The apartment was perfect for us, both in size and location!

1. A bit of confusion about the address of the property. It seems to be 47 Tweed Coast Way (as per the sign in the entry) or 47 Tweed Coast Road (as per the agent information - this lead some of us to a different location?). 2. We also assumed the key pickup was nearby which turned out to be 10kms away. 3. It's hard to operate with one set of keys for 6 adults.

Outdated, bathrooms were clean. Furniture was outdated. Couch was awful. We found blankets to cover the couch with to make it safe to sit on.

Clothes dryer didn’t work Balcony was covered in sand we had to sweep this on arrival. Floors were dirty. Not on battery in any of the controllers for tv, dvd player. Clock didn’t work.

No batteries for remotes Where batteries are. There is now seal, so my baby could put them in his mouth No cupboard for food, all cupboards full of bowls, cooking stuff TVs don’t work correctly (press volume and the Chanel changes) Elevator not working (was not advised beforehand) 3 different keys Floors (carpets are disgusting, full of stains) Mould in showers (slimy) Filthy outside Smells like cat wee outside Foyer stinks of wee Tv in kids room doesn’t work correctly Outside stunk of cat wee, beyond disgusting. We had to clean it over with water. And still was gross

Location was 🥰 perfect.

Cleanliness was terrible.

very little information was provided on handing over the keys, when we got to the apartment the keys did not have the apartment number on it. we had to call and wait for a callback. the lift key was for the wrong floor and we could not access our floor. even though we phoned and asked for a replacement key we were not provided with a lift key to access our floor and had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs from the car park in the basement.

the outside deck had not been swept, there was a lot of leaf little around. the fans were very dusty. the TV remote in the 2nd room wasn't working.

Location was great. Apartment is nice.

Keys had to be picked up from Kingscliff which is ridiculous for 2023, especially given no mention of this when booking. Its called a lockbox. After some negotiation were able to drop the keys off at their other managed property in Cabarita Beach (walking distance) Not sure why keys can’t just be picked up from there too? The key to the lift doesn’t work so stairs have to be taken which is fine if you’re young but be warned if elderly or injured. No batteries in tv remotes which guests have mentioned months ago and nothing done about it.

Excellent location. Directly opposite Pandanus Parade to the beautiful beach, so a bit of a beach view. Less than 100 metres to shops, supermarket, pub. Excellent provision of utensils for cooking, adequate dishwashing and laundry provisions. Great outside deck space. Very comfortable apartment.

Apartment is a little tired, could do with updated internals. Worn lounge, sliding doors to exterior a bit heavy to move, toilet seat in on-suite a bit detached, incorrect floor key for lift.
