Location to the train station

Parking is a major problem also television didn’t work but was ok for a short stay

Very convenient for Newport station. The heating was quick to warm up the property. TV and Wifi The beds were comfortable and clean, we slept well.

A mirror in the bathroom would be helpful for shaving / flossing teeth / putting on make up. We would have liked a dish cloth/sponge pad in the kitchen for washing up. Door handle fell off the downstairs bedroom door and needs fixing.

There was street parking directly in front of the house. The instructions of how to get into the property were easy to follow. We could wall into the city centre easily.

There weren't enough glasses, etc, for the number of people that were staying of one type. They were all different, I.e. 5 of us staying but not 5 water glasses. The oven tray had to be washed as it had mould on, and some of the cups were also tea stained. The WiFi didn't work when we arrived. After 4 phone calls, it was fixed late on the second night. However, we were checking out early on Sunday so ot overly impressed. We had particularly picked the property as we had wifi, and we had 2 teenagers. There is a dining room table, and although the property sleeps 6 there are only 4 chairs, so someone always had to eat on their lap.

Heating in lounge was absent, but rest of property was good.

Near train station. Quiet area Smart TV with Netflix

I liked the way the property is presented and the beds were very comfortable

The shower didn’t work and one of the doors was broken
