Beautiful lake house in Sunrise Beach Missouri
About this house rental
Beautiful lake front home. Paved roads to the house. Wooded area across the road is great for viewing wildlife. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Keyless entry, Two decks with awesome views of the lake. Just a few steps to a private dock with a swim platform, and area to tie up additional water craft. Cove is an excellent area for fishing. Boat launch located on opposite side of the cove. Fire pit is waterside to roast marshmallows and visit with family and friends. Enjoy grilling out with either the gas or charcoal grill. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 bath's. Master bedroom has king size bed, 40" TV, private bathroom with shower. Outside your sliding glass door is a deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with another glass siding door with a lake view. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and a 32" TV. Second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Lower level has a spacious family room with floor to ceiling windows. These provide a beautiful view of the peaceful cove. A queen sofa sleeper is available if additional beds are needed. Relax on the comfortable reclining furniture. On those cozy nights enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Spacious dining Kitchen has new appliances. Breakfast bar with two stools for additional seating. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience. This main level has a half bath. Family friendly neighborhood has wonderful paved roads for quiet walks or jogging.

Great location and size of home for our family. Easy access to water from the back deck/dock. Close to grocery store. Home owner quickly responded to all inquiries. All bedrooms are on the main/street level - living area, including kitchen, is downstairs…just fyi for future renters

The house was nice. No going fancy but had a good location and everything we needed! It was our first time at LOTO and we will definitely be back! Only two negatives: the master shower had quite a bit of mold around the shower door, and the grill on the deck was useless (couldn’t get it above 200 degrees). Other than that it was what we expected and we had a great time. I particularly liked how it was in a quieter area of the lake but not too far from restaurants, stores, etc…..especially if you are going by boat (car not bad either). I would recommend and would stay here again.

Great spot
We had a great with a ton of friends. The only thing we could possibly have to say is that the water at the dock is just a little shallow. But who can control that right? Lol it’s great and highly recommend

Absolutely LOVED our stay!
This rental suited our needs and then some! Nice, clean rental with a beautiful dock in a quiet cove with nice neighbors. Everything was as described. Even left nightcrawlers in the fridge, which is waaaaay better than a mint on your pillow! Location is close to many shops in Laurie and no more than a half hour away from Osage Beach or Versailles, where we like to visit The Bees Knees. It was perfect for us and well stocked. Plan on visiting again next year! Highly recommend!

Great place for the family to swim!
Nice clean house tucked into small cove. The water is shallow enough to be ideal if you have young swimmers, but still deep enough to have a boat or jet ski at the dock. If you're wanting to venture out further on the lake, this place has quick access to the main channel around the 8MM. Overall a great stay and we look forward to getting back down there again another time!

Sunrise Beach Fall Getaway
My family and I enjoyed our short stay at this quiet lakeside home in Sunrise Beach, MO. Views from the home's upper deck of the colorful, wooded hills surrounding the lake were remarkable. Located in a friendly residential neighborhood - neighbors stopped to chat and give us insights on area happenings. Each day we encountered a small herd of deer on our way driving out of & back into the neighborhood. Even saw our first live armadillo eating supper alongside the entrance road! The house itself more than met our needs with newer appliances and furnishings, a well-functioning HVAC system, and attached garage parking. Owner Terry was very pleasant, easy to reach, and accommodating. Would definitely consider renting again for future LOTO visits!

Very peaceful quiet cove, house right on the water. House was spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Enjoyed sitting on the 2 decks having coffee and a cocktail in the evening while looking out at the water. Terry was quick to respond to messages and very polite. I will definitely stay here again

Great place!
Had a relaxing weekend with friends for our fantasy football draft! Everything was was wonderful and Terry was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages.

Drop boat off at marina first
Make Shute to drop your boat off at the marina about 2 blocks away before you go to the house. There is no room to turn it around, has to back it a block up hill on narrow street to get back out. Other than that everything was fine. I would stay there again

Week of Family Fun
Our family had a great time in this house. We stayed the week of Aug 3rd. The private dock with slip was just what we were after and we rented a tritoon for the week. The kids swam on the end of the dock and fished. My teen boy is 6'-1" and said if he let himself stretch he could feel the bottom. So we thought it was plenty deep for a quick dip and to float around. It was a quiet and peaceful cove. The house was great for us. Lots of room to spread out. We had a massive family ping pong tournament which was a lot of fun. We used the firepit and gas grill which were great to have. We brought bag chairs but didn't even need them with all the seating they had on the 2 back decks and log seats by the firepit. The washer and dryer were perfect so we could clean our lake towels! I found the kitchen well stocked. Terry was quick to answer my couple of questions when I messaged him.

Summer 2020 getaway
This property was a great pick for our family. We brought a boat, 2 jet skis, kayaks and various floats and the dock was good for all of them. The cove was calm and close to a lot of places by boat and by car. The house worked out just fine. Cold air, cold refrigerator and lots of hot water. We used the fire pit a few times and really enjoyed kicking back by the fire. We met some neighbors and they were great. The town of Laurie was close and a very friendly town. We had some car troubles and got them solved quickly. It is a 3 bedroom with a pullout in the master. It didn’t get used. The kids were fine sleeping on the couch or even the floor. Overall, one of our favorite places we have stayed over the last 4 years of going to the Ozarks. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Family weekend at the lake!
Everything was as describe, house was well stocked and ready to go, even the fire pit had kindling in it ready to light!
Deck facing the water had plenty of room to gather while cooking on the grill and the dock is perfect for swimming. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Birthday lake house
My friends and I stayed for a couple days, we enjoyed fishing, swimming, and sitting by the fire. The lake house was awesome! We had a good time. The host went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. Peaceful cove. We would love to come back to your place again.

GREAT LOCATION AND DOCK
Property was in the perfect location. House has large deck and dock. Multiple bedrooms with additional air mattresses fit our entire group. Plenty of towels, supplies, and kitchen items. There was multiple things we forgot at the store that were at the house. Our group utilized the Xbox and guitar hero the last night. That was a nice feature that our group really enjoyed. Overall the property was great and the owner was amazing. The only minor thing was that the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned recently. However we would rent this property again!

Great relaxing time!
We had a great time! Very quiet relaxing cove. Great swimming/boat dock. We had a problem with the water heater leaking. We contacted owner/property manager and he drove 2+ hours to fix it. Clean and perfect for what we wanted/needed.
