Disappointed

The refrigerator door didn't close all the way. I had to push it for it to close completely. The temperature in the room was 77, so it was warm, no way to adjust the thermostat, and the ceiling fan in the living didn't work. The one in the bedroom speed was only low, no way control.

Decent place but bland in entertainment.

The place looked nice. It was clean & the staff was very nice.

The bars opened late & closed early. It was Spring Break weekend. That place should've been a party. I didn't even care to take pics because it was just bland entertainment.

Not going to book again

The front desk at Westgate was rude and showed complete lack of courtesy when it came to addressing our concern for check in / check out. The manager rejected late check out despite approving it in Booking.com & showed no concern for lack of communication and the ensuing inconvenience.

Smooth Stay

I liked the size of the room and the washer/dryer unit.

I didn’t like that the room had a shared door with another unit I’m assuming.

Worst motel stay ever!

1st room was beautiful and very large for the area. Themed landscaping looked great.

A/C didn't work, lines frozen, new room A/C didn't work, they fixed it. Fire alarm starts beeping at 2 a.m. due to dead battery. Maintenence ringing doorbell nonstop while in the shower, then yelled at me to tell me the room was supposed to be unoccupied. Comedy of errors handled very poorly by staff. Looks like it should be amazing, sadly it was not.

I would stay again. I didn’t really check out all the amenities but would definitely like to next time.

The pool was close to our condo. Clean grounds.

Our washer had mildew in the crevices. The portable crib wasn’t delivered prior to bedtime. I had requested before our stay and again at check in. (We checked in around 430/5 pm)

Very dissatisfying .

Nothing was according to how I planned . Shower , hot tub , the size of the room , the tvs , the wifi connection, the staff , the dirty covers , the fingernails left from the previous tenant, literally everything … last time I rented a 2 bedroom and they had to fix it because they gave me a 1 berm (however the place was beautiful) the EXACT same thing happened with this time except this experience was awful this time

My stay was disappointing

My kids like the game room and the pool

I didn’t like the fact I reserve a condo with poolside view and balcony, and when I got there, they try to give me a room without a balcony, and when they finally give me a room it was one with parking lots view. On the first night my daughter I have to see on the sofa bed without a sheet I called for sheet and didn’t get it until the next morning.

Location and cleanness.

No AC in one room. Housekeeping knock at 8 AM and our check out was at 11AM (This extra hour was given by the front desk during our check in)...I was really piss because they wake me up on my vacation. 🙃

Disappointing

That it was close to the parks

The advertisement shows a big hotel like with 10 floors, and in my mind that’s what I was renting a room inside hotel, not an efficiency, I didn’t like how I have to leave the premises by 10am usually is by noon from my perspective, but hey I’m just giving my opinion learn something new, this vacation.

very spacious and beautiful property with updated appliances.

I loved how roomy our condo. we stayed here for my sons birthday trip. very close to to all of the amusement parks. the on-site water park was amazing and we spent a whole day there.

my 12 year old daughter and I was due for a mini Vaca, I booked this place not knowing nothing about it. it definitely e

the moment we arrived on the property you can see the beautiful details of the property. The interior and exterior was Everything. Everyone were so welcoming, they offered to take us to our room. the resort had everything for a Great family vacation.

The view & location .

I liked the hotel , some of the amenities were not open , also they allow you to do a time share but the staff doing the time share are so pushy and aggressive a man started slamming his tablet and paperwork because me and my husband wasn’t sure if we wanted to invest in one . Very unprofessional.
