Nothing to like about the hotel stay, just the breakfast is good and on time.

The hotel stay was poor and the room was not clean. Room facilities are not working like the TV is out of order and the AC is broken. The curtains are not clean, the room was not even cleaned by the staff in my 2 days stay. Complaints regarding TV were not addressed by staff and the manager. They were just pretending that they are working on it but in the end it's just a fake commitment. The shocking part is, at the time the checkout manager asked me to show the booking on app and filled the ratings by his own as excellent, however I asked him to give my mobile as I will fill up the details. That is how the ratings are shown on the booking site as 4 star and above. It is not worth giving a single star. Booking sites should verify the hotels by their own.

there was a warm meal, especially pachi (I don't remember exactly the name) was extremely delicious. the hotel director (sun of the owner) was absolutely welcoming me and was very open to my suggestions. I guess he will be kept im my mind. his way of managing the hotel and treating me was an extraordinary experience.

getting not fully dried things from the laundry was a special experience.

No primeiro dia nós ficamos em um quarto abaixo do contratado, sem janelas e sem aquecimento e tentaram nos enganar dizendo que esse era o combinado. Após reclamação resolveram nos colocar em quarto de melhor qualidade. As instalações são antigas, mal conservadas e sujas, especialmente os banheiros.

It’s on a very noisy street, the honking and talking never stop the entire night. When we arrived, one of the beds does not have comforter or sheet, we had to go ask for it. Then we realized there’s no towel, we had to go ask for it. The room is extremely cold so we had to ask for a heater. The towel we got had stain and the mattress is worn out. All in all very uncomfortable stay

Location is very good. Exactly opposite of Paharganj Police station. Auto and Toto available frequently for New Delhi Station from the main road and it takes hardly 10mins to reach at station.

I had to check out at 7AM but their lift was not working on that time. Very narrow staircase, be careful about that.

All! Fake foto hotel! The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. There was no breakfast for two days. There was no hot water in the room and it was cold. They tried to take money for a bottle of water. Water in 4 star hotels is always served free of charge! Dirty! The manager tried to rate the stay himself in the booking app.

По возможности избегайте это место! Мошенники, фейковые фотографии, накручивают себе рейтинг и отзывы. При выезде и оплате номера меня попросили показать бронь номера, я дала свой телефон с бронированием и администратор оставил отзыв сам за меня и поставил максимальную оценку. Информация предоставленная отелем не соответствует действительности, фотографии фейковые и абсолютно не оправдывают ожиданий. Заселение происходит в 11-12.00 утра, мы заселились ночью и номер не был готов до сих пор, хотя с момента нашего заселения прошел весь день, нам пришлось ждать пока номер будет готов, при заселение в номер нам снова пришлось ждать 30 минут, чтобы поменяли постельное белье на новое, так как оно было грязное! По итогу нам поменяли только простынь. Пришлось спать в одежде, штанах и кофте, на подушку надевать футболку, чтобы было хоть немного не так мерзко спать. не было ни полотенец, ни мыла, шампуня, зубных щеток. Сам номер абсолютно не такой как на фото, номер очень грязный, везде пыль, тараканы, грязь, все старое и сломанное. в номере был включен кондиционер, но пульта к нему не было, пришлось снова ждать пока администратор выключит кондиционер и снова забрал с собой пульт. В самом отели неприятный запах; В углу коридора валяется постельное белье! Также при бронировании было написано, что можно оплатить кредитной картой, но на самом деле терминала у них нет и требуют наличные.

Staff's attitude towards the customer in this hotel is inappropriate and unbelievable. Do not be fooled by fake 5 star reviews – they take customers' phones and submit ratings themselves. We booked this hotel for 2 nights. After a late night flight to New Delhi we arrived to the hotel at 5 am in the morning. Despite the fact that we had paid for the whole night, they told us that they didn't not have a room and we needed to wait till 11 am. Meanwhile, they would accommodate us in another building nearby. It was disastrous. The most dirty place we had ever seen. We refused to sleep there and demanded a refund. They said our booking was not refundable and started cleaning our room on the spot – they actually had it empty, but didn't want to clean it!!! We finally got our room after 2 hours of dealing with them. All of this after 20-hour long trip. They still demanded us to pay for that night, with a slight discount. The room at this specific hotel was quite ok, not very clean, but much much better than the one they wanted to give us "as an alternative". There was a dead cockroach on the floor when we got the room, and it stayed there until we left. AC can only be turned on/off at the reception. First night it was ok, second night it was very hot in the room and they couldn't do anything about it.

No food is served in this hotel unless requested. Expect food quality to match the surrounding area. The hotel and its surroundings are filthy. It's not a safe area and people don't speak English unless they need money, making communication difficult. Hotel staff are inexperienced and lack knowledge of hospitality. Health and safety measures are absent both inside and outside the hotel.

I appreciate the care these individuals have for dealing with insects. I have noticed a significant number of cockroaches of varying sizes and colours emerging from my pillow, under the bed, and even from my shoes the following morning. Additionally, the air conditioning unit lacks a plug switch, requiring manual insertion each time it needs to be turned on. Also, there is no hot water supply in the bathroom or for washing hands. Also, soap for hands or body is not provided unless requested, and when it is, only a small pack of 20mm is given, which is not enough for a proper wash. The water supply is often accompanied by a sewage smell and contains rust and mud at times. Horrible stay in this filthy hotel

Nothing about this property was good. Don’t believe the photos and the reviews. None of the reviews are true.

When we arrived to the hotel there was no water in our room. We informed the desk manager and he was very rude about it. It took an hour for us to get water working in the room. The room dirty, the duvet covers were not clean. Most the things in the bathroom were broken. The sink leaked, and the toilet did not flush properly. There was no drinking water in the room and they charged double the price for the drinking water. Stay away from this place.

Part of the ceiling collapsed whilst I was in bed, the window had a hole in it, the guy who tries to sell you stuff tried forcing me into buying a driver from him by claiming all trains were fully booked which wasn’t the case, said they accepted card but didn’t, when I moved room it stank of gas, they arranged a taxi to meet my dad at the airport but the taxi didn’t show up. I could go on, but just don’t stay here it’s a total disgrace.

Reservamos la recogida del aeropuerto y se les olvidó (tuvimos que llamar y tardaron dos horas en aparecer). Nos quisieron cobrar el mismo precio por el servicio de transporte. Al llegar, el baño estaba sucio y lleno de pelos. La habitación llena de manchas en el suelo de no haberle pasado una fregona en mucho tiempo. Chinches en el colchón y cucarachas por habitación y baño.

Rien, il n’était pas disponible malgré ma réservation. Soi-disant un problème de fuite d’eau, tout ça pour nous envoyer sur un autre hôtel miteux.  bref ça pue l’arnaque.  ne vous fiez pas aux photos.  ni aux commentaires arrangés .  merci à Booking.com de ne rien contrôler sur ce point. 

Deux étages sans ascenseur, Hotel qui pue le moisi  dans un état de crasse inimaginable … fuyez, fuyez, c’est une horreur
