fabulous location on the Caldera with amazing views. cannot fault it & had the most amazing stay. The staff were wonderful & the sunset bar perfect!

I suppose the stairs are a challenge but so long as you know that you are on a cliff face & stairs are part of the absolutely amazing modern architecture of this hotel, each room like a cave in the rock. Sure it is a workout to walk up & down to the pool & restaurant! But why not feel like you’ve earned that cocktail! Quite entertaining to watch the staff carry trays of food up & down or luggage. they make it look so easy!

The location of this hotel is close to everything, it also has an amazing view of the caldera with great staff. They were also able to accommodate for us to keep our luggage since we have a late flight out. The poor is amazing and very spacious.

Beautiful architecture in one of the most picturesque locations in Santorini. The staff are exceptional. Young, relaxed and friendly, yet extremely efficient and professional.

Don’t stay in room 13. The caldera view from the bedroom is not 180 degrees and it has a very small balcony with very little shade. Privacy is very limited at the hotel and occasionally one has to witness neighbouring guests be very inappropriate. The “minibar” only has two bottles of water in it. The gym was out of order when we were there. The rooms are quite impersonal inside and ours had a very dirty carpet on the floor.

69 steps down to our room. Breakfast had to be booked the night before via a “ticked menu”. we stayed 8 nights and practically every day the delivery was wrong. No jam, no orange juice etc. but these were usually corrected by subsequent waiters. On our penultimate morning we had no butter. On enquiring, the waiter said the kitchen had run out of butter ! I mentioned that there was a supermarket across the road……..to which I received a laugh ! At €1300 per night, I expected an immediate response to run across the road to pay €2 for butter, but to no avail. To sum up, delightful situation, grossly over priced. Many other similar properties along the coast at much lower prices.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Everything is like in the pictures, brand new! Waking up in The Saint Suite with that perfect view is priceless.

I didn’t feel that some of the staff and service measured up to the premium location, facilities, rooms etc. a lot of the customer service felt more like incessant sales pitches.

there are few things you will not find in the room and I think it’s important to me to have such as espresso machine, boiler, tea, glasses and small spoons. ( no mini bar) also just to keep in mind, the private plunge/pool are not fully private.. if any one is walking next to your room they will be able to see ..

The view from our hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was ordered and served individually, so we started every day with a great breakfast with a view over the sea. All hotel staffs were super friendly and helpful. They had genuine interest to make guests happy and enjoying their time there. Hotel was new and stylish, and the facilities are in high quality. All on all we enjoyed our stay very much!

Nothing really

The only way to describe this hotel is paradise. The hotel style is very modern and minimalist, which is exactly what we look for. From the moment we arrived the reception staff made us feel welcome and special. It was also our 2nd wedding anniversary and they delivered by giving us a fantastic room with a stunning view and huge balcony area. Easily the best room we’ve ever stayed in. The restaurant ‘Trinity’ was one of our meal highlights from our stay in Santorini with the chef and team putting together a delicious meal on our first night. We’re usually unsure about hotel restaurants, but this is well worth the if you book here. The hotel location is great with it being a short walk to the shops, which means you get more privacy from the cruise ship visitors and Instagrammars. If you want to treat yourself whilst staying in Oia then you have to go to The Saint Hotel.

The location is amazing just outside the city center. So peaceful. View of the caldeira is unique. Staff is top class and very helpful for everything inside and outside the hotel. The food for both diner and breakfast is amazing.

To be a bit picky the lunch menu is less extensive than last year but it was to find a way of improvement.

Beautiful location, great rooms, delicious food, and lovely staff.

There were a lot of steps up from our room, but that can't be avoided in Santorini and was a good way to get a bit of a workout in.
