love the location , the views and the property were beautiful
we found the kitchen wasn’t very clean.. most of the cupboards we’re dirty with crumbs of food and dead insects,
other then that it was fine

Coopers Run had a spacious well designed layout with good facilities and a great relaxing feel.

We love the peaceful outlook, privacy, house size and the wood fire. The host Mary is lovely and very accommodating & responsive. It was a great location for organising a private wine tour of the Hunter Valley and the kangaroo visitors in the morning were a bonus.
Some of the old doors catch on the floor and the plug didn’t fit the spa bath properly, but overall we love the property so no complaints.

The serenity of the location and the house and verandah were perfect. The communication with the host was great, made it very easy to access.

Internet was not good and phone reception was poor - but that was a plus for me.

The property is clean and well fitted with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's sitting on a nice and quite location, loving the setting of the house and saw kangaroo in the morning :).
The internet is not good at all, it ran out of hot water around 10:30 pm at our first night.

Everything we needed was just there. Quiet surrounding, native animals and birds ear by. Swing with the mountain view. Perfect location. loved the place alot.

We loved our stay at Coopers Run. Check in was incredibly easy and the property had all we needed! Beautiful view, plenty of kangaroos around. The house was perfectly clean and offered great facilities. We enjoyed the barbecue too!

Serenity, kangaroos, birds, ducted airconditioner, plenty of gameboards and books supplied, very reasonable price for a very comfortable 4 bedroom home with 2 showers and a spa bath. Fully equipped kitchen.
