Le personnel, l’accueil, le confort , la propreté, et la vue du roof top magique. J’ai été accueillis par ESLAM à la réception qui parle anglais et qui est absolument merveilleux il m’a énormément aidé sur la planification de mes vacances et sur les endroits où aller. Des personnes aux grands cœur autant à la réception, à l’accueil de l’hôtel, et au restaurant. Tous avec le sourire et d’une grande gentillesse sincère. Merci à tous !

Seul petit bémol l’eau de la douche pas toujours chaude et un peu de bruit des portes chambre voisines mais rien de grave et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir!

The restaurant and the breakfast, which was included, was by far the best food we had in our whole trip to Egypt. Also, the view from there was fantastic! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Zico helped me arrange a taxi, while the man in the morning shift (sorry I don't remember his name) took me all the way to the ATM and declined a tip even though I really think he deserved it. The room was clean and quiet.

The bathroom and toilet offered no privacy, as they were separated from the rest of the room by a transparent-translucent glass door. We didn't get to stay at the part of the hotel with a beautiful building with a central patio with a pool. We did see it, but we were led to the fourth floor of an adjacent building. We never heard that we could use the facilities shown in the pictures. On the second day of our stay, the elevator was out of service and we had to climb up the four floors. On our way, the first three floors seemed to be of an abandoned building in shambles and with dog excrement on the floor. It looked a bit sketchy. The elevator started working again afterwards.

Wow! What can I say, was the most amazing stay with the most amazing view! Staff were lovely, especially Zico and Mayer, they took care of everything. Will definitely stay there again when I'm back.

Clean, didn’t smell and there were no bugs. The staff were lovely. The restaurant was great. There was a great view of the back of the pyramids from the restaurant.p

Our shower didn’t have a full screen and the water went everywhere when we used it and the only solution from staff was more towels. Our room had a small window but it looked into a shaft with virtually no natural light. This didn’t overly affect us as we were out all day. Our neighbour had a lovely balcony.

Hôtel parfait pour visiter les pyramides qui sont juste à côté, mais pas pour séjourner au Caire, l’hotel étant éloigné du centre ville. Pas d’activité dans l’hôtel (piscine intérieure en rénovation)

Mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A szálloda közel van a piramis komplexumhoz, de mégis egy csendes utcában. A személyzet kiváló. Különösen Rawda, aki egy csoda! Mindenben azt kereste, hogyan segíthet. És nem várt érte semmit! Köszönjük Rawda, te voltál a kedvencünk Egyiptomban! A szobánk tágas és tiszta volt. Az ágy kiváló, a fürdőszoba is rendben. A reggeli első osztályú és micsoda helyen! A tetőteraszon, a piramisokat nézve... Minden este itt vacsoráztunk, mert ez egy étterem is egyben. Nem is akartunk máshol. Ha legközelebb Gizában járunk, ide térünk vissza.

O hotel boutique é perfeito! Super-espaçoso. Tem um roof-top fantástico, onde é servido o café da manhã e outras refeições, com vista privilegiada para as pirâmides. O pessoal é super-atencioso. Nos arredores você tem bons restaurantes.

As principais atrações estão em Cairo. Em breve terá estação de trem do lado.

The view was amazing . The staff were really attentive and helpful .The hotel is right across the street to the entrance to the pyramids . They picked us up from the hotel (extra cost) and answered all our questions before we arrived . We could see the light show from our terrace

The sliding door onto the terrace didn't lock on 1 side . We didn't realise until the last day as we were shown the other side when we first went in .

Der Blick vom Zimmer und der Dachterrasse auf die Pyramiden ist grandios und entschädigt zum Teil für die Mängel des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist zum Großteil eine Baustelle, es waren nur wenige Zimmer belegt. Das Mobiliar ist sehr billig, die Dusche ist entweder kalt oder kochend heiß. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, dass es so sein müsse. Unverständlich ist die tägliche Frage,, ob wir eine Reinigung des Zimmers wünschen. Bei einem Preis von über 500 Euro für vier Nächte absolut nicht akzeptabel.

Room was musty and shower was mouldy Bed linen was quite unsightly Shared accomodation in apartment complex There was a puppy kept in a cage and they left a blanket over the cage all day. I felt so sad for the puppy. It belonged to a resident living there, not the hotel.

일단 피라미드 근처에 깨끗한 숙소를 찾고 싶어서 예약했는데 피라미드 입구와는 조금 떨어져있지만(차로 5분거리?) 대신 조용하고 깨끗했어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 식당이 옥상에 있어서 올라가면 피라미드가 보여요. 조식은 뷔페식은 아니고 3가지 스타일 중 하나를 고를 수 있는데 맛있고 깔끔해요. 피라미드 근처에 숙소를 잡고 싶은 분들 중 깔끔한 숙소를 원하시면 추천드려요.

와이파이가... 잘 안터지더라고요 :( 그리고 메인 거리에서 살짝 떨어진 곳이라 저녁엔 어둡고 조용해요. (그렇지만 이게 장점일 수도)

Superbe hôtel idéalement placé par rapport à l'entrée Nord du site de Gizeh. Une terrasse magnifique pour le petit-déjeuner du matin.

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres (1 double et deux simples). Il nous a été facturé un supplément à l'arrivée de 50 euros pour la 4ème personne présente.

Cleaning and good breakfast

It was a bit noise due to building work.

Place was very clean. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. They helped us with my grandmother who had to use the wheelchair. Breakfast was amazingly good. Amazing view of the pyramids. Wished we stayed longer

The bedding and sheets are so scratchy. Shower door was not enough so water will get everywhere in the bathroom. The hotel is a bit confusing because it has two different buildings. Everything else was good

Séjour très agréable. L'équipe est très accueillante. Zico qui nous a aidé tout à long de notre séjour. Il a notamment pris du temps pour nous permettre de suivre la final de tennis à la télévision ! Il nous a également conseillé pour realiser une visite guidée du Caire Très bon emplacement, je recommande

部屋からのピラミッドビューが素晴らしいです。 それだけで泊まる価値があると思います。 ホテルのスタッフ、レストランのスタッフは皆親切で嫌な思いをしたことはありません。 朝ごはんもとても美味しいです。 写真も掲載されている通りで、知らない建物に連れて行かれたりしません。きちんと大人が勤務していて、誠実に対応してくれます。 私は空港からホテルへの送迎を依頼しましたが、ちゃんと空港に迎えに来てくれていて、会うまでの間はwhatsAppで連絡が取れたのでスムーズに合流出来ました。 ホテルの周辺は高級住宅街で、メナハウスホテルまで徒歩3分ぐらいの場所にあり、変な人はうろついてなくて治安が良いです。（私のガイドが教えてくれました） ホテルにはエレベーターもあります。 ここまで書いた内容は日本だと当たり前かもしれませんが、エジプトでは当たり前にあるものではありません。 アラビア語が話せないのであれば、泊まるホテルのエリアを十分選んだ方がいいと思います。女性であればなおさら。 個人での移動はUber一択です。 カイロに来たらまた泊まりたいと思う良いホテルでした。

Roof topレストランの真下の部屋なので、営業中は物を動かす音が響いてきます。外国にいると思えば私はそこまで気になりませんでしたが、寝つけない人もいるかもしれません。

Bel hôtel . Superbe piscine . Très confortable

Souci avec la climatisation qui avait une fuite . Les techniciens sont venus réparer à minuit mais a 5h du matin ça a recommencé ! La nuit a été gâchée . Cependant l’établissement nous a gentiment changé de chambre pour une suite et nous avons pu la garder jusqu’à notre départ à l’aéroport . Merci à eux .

No elevators for old people

Lovely hotel and probably the best view of the pyramids in cario, the staff were amazing and really looked after me especially Zico and Abdul who helped book excursions and were also excellent guilds though out the holiday, breakfast was lovely and the waiters were always kind and friendly.

Nothing really couldn't fault the hotel, they all tried to make the holiday enjoyable which is rare.

Grande chambre, grand lit, très propre, très bon service et très bon accueil. La terrasse en rooftop offre une magnifique vue sur les pyramides, gros coup de cœur. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

La nourriture n’est pas du tout à la hauteur des standards français, elle provient de l’extérieur et n’est pas bonne du tout. Aucun fer à repasser n’était disponible. La vitre séparant les toilettes de la chambre est trop transparente, on voit tout ce qu’il s’y passe ! Pas top niveau intimité. Des travaux devant l’hôtel complique l’accès aux Uber.

Суперский вид на пирамиды в кафе, неплохой ремонт в номере. Очень вежливый отзывчивый персонал, все очень внимательные, добрые, всегда улыбаются, всегда готовы решить твои вопросы!! Можно платить и долларами, и фунтами, это очень удобно. И могут поменять вам доллары на фунты. Ванная комната комфортная сама по себе, ремонт. Фен нормальный. У меня был номер около ресепшен и там очень хороший вай фай был, 504 номер. Но бывало шумно, я слышала все, что говорили у ресепшен. Но мне это не мешало. Окна выходили во двор, где бассейн, там тихо. Им можно писать в вотсапе. Предоставляют экскурсии.

Немного предыстории. Я один день была в другом отеле turquoise, после этого элита. В сравнении с ним этот отель elite -просто супер. Я очень пожалела, что переехала в другой. Поэтому то, что я написала ниже это все такие мелочи, что не стоят внимания. Этот отель очень классный за свои деньги и сервис огонь просто) И вот мои замечания. Завтрак одно и тоже, и мало. Если вечером заказывать еду, то очень долго ждать. Дорога перед отелем-всё в песке, если вечером поливают деревья, то обувь вся в песке. ремонт в номере неплохой, но есть замечания. В окне есть отверстия, стыки рамы не заделаны. В ванной неудобно, что душ только сверху, он зачастую в разные стороны лил и заливал всю комнату. Вода в унитазе медленно уходила. Сам по себе номер маленький
