About this house rental
The property has been set up to cater for up to 10 guests in comfort, and offering 4 spacious bedrooms, the master with a Californian King bed and ensuite, plus one other bathroom and additional separate toilet .There is also a couch bed in the lounge with a proper double mattress. Having linen supplied is mandatory here, and you will be charged for this at $35 pp for the stay. This property also features on my own 2 Lakes site if your preference is to deal directly and with no big web fees. A versatile and well equipped kitchen area will allow for those home cooked meals to be prepared easily. Walk through into the living area with comfortable furniture and a dining room table to seat 8. Outside via a door directly to the covered patio with an outside table for that evening dining. Inside access from the garage, with a motorised door opening is large enough for 2 cars, all your mountain bikes, and also houses the Bosch washing machine and dryer. The house is warmed (or cooled) with 2 heat pumps. The house is in as new condition having been completely refurbished. There is a cot and hi chair for your young ones and if your child is sleeping in a cot please be sure to say when making your booking request as they are not charged for the accomodation. The home was very accessible and worked well for our needs. There were plenty of kitchen amenities and the house was well set up. For a large family it worked very well. Couple of small things could potentially be improved but overall great property with good location.

Clear communication and instructions. Property very easy to find. Good location, nice quite neighborhood. Not walking distance to town but is a short drive. Perfect for what we wanted. One of the few properties in price range that had 3+ queen bedrooms so suited our group of adults.

Good comms throughout the booking experience. This property is a good size for families but we found it was perfect for our group of 8 adults who stayed for 3 nights. It has 4 large beds (i.e. no bunks), 2 bathrooms, and 2 heat pumps. It’s on a quiet street, the patio area is fairly private, and it’s pretty close to the nearest shopping centre and activities. The property is very clean, the furniture is comfy, has good appliances, Netflix is available, and they provide quality linens and plenty of towels for your stay. Our group were very comfy and we’d all recommend this property, thanks for sharing your home.

Great for two families
Great house, with plenty of room for two families, in a good location. Nice and warm with two heat pumps. Perfect for our weekend away.

Perfect for a bigger family. Had everything we needed and location is perfect! Only 2mins away from the main road with alot of activities and shops etc. Will definitely book this place for our next family holiday as the house suited us perfectly. Feels like a home away from home! Fully fenced. Cute patio area with bbq area. Dryer may need looking at as it took all day to dry one load but wasn't a biggie as it was nice and hot so was able to hang it out on the line. House lock is perfect, no need to remember to take a house key as it is pin activated. House was 10/10 for us.

Great place for the extended family
We enjoyed staying here as a group with our children and grandkids for 3 nights. The place is spacious, renovated, warm and has very good beds. Very quiet road and close to the attractions. We would be happy to stay again.

Great Location
The house was great location, it was spacious. The owners came over early in the morning several times totally unannounced. Everyone was super friendly but, it is nice to know when they would be coming over. Also, it would be nice to rent the entire house with linens rather than per person per bedroom and rent your linens. We have not had that kind of VRBO experience before and it was confusing with extra hidden costs. The kitchen could be more stocked for longer staying guests. All in all it was a good place to stay. We appreciated the house keeper.

We had a beautiful stay. The house is well equipped and spacious with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect, close to many attractions and only a little drive from the town centre. Angela was a great communicator, very caring and genuinely trying to make sure we enjoy our stay. Property is absolutely amazing and accommodated our needs. Great communication with host and having the key good code made life so much easier. Property was easy to find and located in the best area.
