The place was ok....I enjoyed my stay. ..

The Gen was off in the morning...that was the turn off

I like the fact that the hotel is close to my location of appointment.

When I reached the hotel, the staff increased the cost of form #11,000 something to #15,000 despite checking in by 12:20 AM. Also, there was no water or food available for purchase. Generally, it was pure extortion!

The staff were cordial and helpful, there was light all through and water. AC was powerful too

The water heater wasn't working...the general outlook can be improved upon

Disappointing

I liked only the comfortable bed.The staff was friendly and helpful.

It feels like being in a storage room.Nothing that decorates the place.The wall has not been painted for years.The bathroom was quite dirty with a smell of urine and stain at the toilet.The low water pressure didn't allow me to shower with warm water.

Misleading pricing

The WIFI was very good and the room was spacious.

The price is misleading. The 13k on the app room is 17k when you get to the property. There is no kitchen so they go outside to buy food. The bathroom area is very tiny.

Disappointing

The room itself was not that bad. It was OK.

The location didn't work for me at all. Also, it was advertised that wifi is available but unfortunately it wasn't available for me as I was told they would have to go and get it fixed the next day. I had intended to stay for three nights but I only did one night. One of the staff tried to help by giving me a sim card that I could put data on to use but for some strange reason it didn't work until the next morning. I also don't know if there was something worrying the fair lady at the reception but her initial attitude wasn't welcoming. Strangely it became better sometime later.
