Eine absolut idyllische Wohlfühloase auf allen Ebenen. Yoga mit Betty und das unglaubliche Frühstücksbuffet waren die Highlights!

Zu grosse Portionen serviert. Haben oft 1 Hauptgang zu Zweit geteilt.

Great and totally relaxing.

Lovely atmosphere, surroundings and property. We felt 1000% relaxed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much for the bottle of cava delivered to our room. Such a beautiful detail. We also loved the golf carts.

Highly recommend.

It was so beautiful. The rooms, spa, restaurant, pool and all facilities were incredible. Very peaceful and beautiful.

Sometimes the services was slow at the restaurants during busy times. I had to remind the staff of certain things I ordered multiple times. They were apologetic and gracious.

First of all, I wanna say thank you to the whole team of Es Racó d‘Artà. We had a wonderful stay in one of your Casitas and it was the most beautiful place we stayed so far. The whole team is very friendly, flexible and and very kind. The Hotel is a calm, situated in one of the most relaxed places in Mallorca, architecture is amazing and every room is perfectly designed. As we have 2 dogs, we had a special demand and the management made it possible to stay at that amazing place. Nacho and Paco had the best experience ever :) The breackfast is superb, local and fresh food, high quality and service is over the top!!!! Dinner from restaurant was high quality too and not too expensive! We will recommande your Hotel to all of our friends from Luxembourg As a young couple, we recommand all the people to book a casita with private terrace and a spacious interior! 10/10 stay

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! It ticked all the boxes for me: beautiful design, comfy beds, very friendly staff, great food and quietness. Usually I would have booked a private pool casita, because I prefer the privacy but they were already booked. Instead we had one of the casitas with an amazing view of the valley and the mountains, just beautiful and very private and quiet as well. Spa treatment was superb and I enjoyed the offered art class. It's not cheap, but all our expectations were met! Will definitely come back soon.

Everything was perfect. Maybe regarding food waste: We attended the BBQ dinner and the portions were so big, we couldn't finish them. Smaller portions would be much better and way more sustainable. It was delicious though!

Mixed feeling: beautiful place, but really bad restaurant

The localisation, the surrounding and the building are outstanding! Really beautiful! Every where you look it's nice!: The architecture, the garden, the rooms, the swimming pool. It's a real architectural success! It's decorated with great taste. People at the reception are nice and empathetic.

The worse is the food: most of the dishes are really not good, an exception is the fish cooked on the grill, which was nice. The service is slow, and beware: the waiters have assigned them self a tip that I didn't plan: (one time 10 euros, and an other time 5 euros) I found it out on the final bill. We have spend 2 nights in the hotel, and both morning, the gardener was blowing dead leafs, right under my window at 7:45 am!! The strong noise woke me up.

The most beautiful and special place we’ve ever stayed.

There’s truly not enough good things I can say about our stay here. We came on our honeymoon, and it was a dream trip. The property was gorgeous, the food was fresh and incredible, the activities were relaxing, the staff was kind and helpful, our room was beautifully designed and clean, and we even received a thoughtful note upon checkin congratulating us on our wedding (along with fresh fruit from the property!) So much thought goes into every element of the experience, down to a breakfast packed for us for an early morning flight. We are so sad to leave, and are already planning a trip to come back for our first anniversary. If you plan to stay in Mallorca, I can’t imagine a better place!

There’s nothing we didn’t like. It was all perfect!

Relaxing, gorgeous scenery and breathtaking views of the mountains.

Breathtaking buildings and scenery. Stunning mountains surrounding and olive trees with the sound of cicadas. Peaceful and beautiful pool area, wonderful massages.

The dinner/lunch is not up to par for a 5 star hotel (not sure if spoilt in Melbourne) but the quality was just ok. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice, but as there wasn’t a lot of choice for dinner in the area (though when venturing out to local restaurants, the food was better) we ate dinner at Es Raco a few nights. The last night after speaking to the manager (who was very lovely and assured us he would do his best to rectify this) we had a beautiful dish of fish and vegetables which was a lovely note to end on.

Otherworldly experience…one of the most beautiful built environments in one of the most beautiful natural environments…heaven.An oasis of calm and rejeuvination…the facilities,the staff and the yoga/meditation made for a blissful experience.

if you wants to disconnect and relax this is the right place for you.

The place is a retreat away from the city and the noise, it was so clean and quite , The staff were friendly.

I just wish the restaurant menu had more variety of food and the service around the pool was a bit slow.

Beautiful Stay!

The whole space is designed exceptionally. The attention to detail and comfort is beyond what I expected! - The villa was comfortable and big enough to fit two-three people and be able to move with ease. Comfortable beds, stunning views & a private pool (not heated). - The design of every corner of this property is beautifully done. - The mind and body experience was worth it and I loved waking up to do yoga or meditate in peace. - You are tucked away in the mountains and you are secluded in style and comfort. However, what made our stay even more amazing was the staff and their willingness to help and deliver to the guest what he/she needed without asking!

Bring snacks as the food option were healthy and good but not varied.

Sad to leave - would return again tomorrow!

Everything about the hotel - location, ethos, design and decor was stunningly beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we came back to our room in the afternoon to find a bottle of cava on ice and a lovely personal message from the manager.

Restaurant menu could have been a little longer.

Property with beautiful indoor and outdoor living spaces; very harmonious environment

Very tranquil and harmonious setting. Beautifully done landscaping throughout the property with olive trees and creeping rosemary everywhere. I stayed in Caseta #19. The outdoor living space of my room was fantastic with olive trees, privacy on both sides, pergola and outdoor bed, AND infinity plunge pool. I was able to completely relax. Main pool area (also with infinity pool) was outstanding with views of Llevant mountains and the castle/fortress in Artà. Hotel restaurant was wonderful. 10/10.

We had an amazing 2 night stay - the staff were wonderful and the hotel, as well as the food, were all perfect.

The property was beautiful and so stunningly designed. Every corner was considered in terms of how the spaces worked. it was so relaxing, quiet and restorative.

Incredible Experience

I wish the Booking ratings went beyond 10 so that I could give it an even higher score! In a nutshell, everything was perfect from the time we entered the property until we left. Others have said it is like staying in an architectural magazine which is totally true! The attention to detail is incredible. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and the views from everywhere on the property were exceptional.

We loved everything about this location!
