Nestled in Solana Beach, this lovely condo for $721 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. New owner of this highly rated rental property...I bought it because I loved renting it so much! As a new owner, I'll be making frequent updates/upgrades to the unit and its contents to keep it fresh, functional, and fun! This well appointed beach and race track rental in Surfsong is a 2 bedroom / 2 full bath unit with ocean views throughout. Surfsong is BY FAR the most modern, updated, and luxurious complex on the Solana Beach bluff, including elevators from the gated underground parking lot with reserved parking for 2 cars, and it is the only complex on a quiet cul-de-sac street.. This unit has the Master Bedroom on the ocean side with a great view. Many of the other oceanfront condos in this area have a master that is not on the ocean side if you look carefully. Within walking distance to beaches and the racetrack, this unit is perfectly positioned for both. Also within walking distance are the village of Solana Beach and its Cedros Design District where you will find numerous dining and shopping establishments...you never even have to use a car! However, if you wish to drive by car or Uber, there are many local attractions within 10-15 min such as hiking at Torrey Pines State Beach, exploring nearby beach towns of Del Mar and Encinitas, world-class golf or spas (Torrey Pines, Aviara, La Costa, etc.). There are many family-oriented attractions nearby, such as Legoland, the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, etc. You can also walk to the train station which takes you downtown for a Padres game or to experience the vibrant nightlife of San Diego, including areas like Little Italy, Gaslamp, Seaport Village, Coronado, etc.. Heading north on the train gets you to Orange County, Laguna, Newport, etc. Just a bit farther are Los Angeles and Disneyland and the rest of LA area attractions. The unit itself is well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. The kitchen is well appointed, including Keurig pod coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, etc . Flat-screen TV's are located in both bedrooms and the family room. Free WiFi and cable TV are included. The home has been remodeled and feels refreshingly new with stylish beach-themed decor. The floor plan is open and enjoys expansive ocean views from just about the entire home. Regardless of all there is to do nearby, it’s never a bad option to take a dip in the complex’s heated pool or hot tub, play tennis, or just sit back and relax on the deck with your coffee or wine and enjoy the coastal California lifestyle! The deck spans the entire unit and sports fabulous sunsets and views up and down the beach. You can watch surfers and even dolphins playing in the waves, and occasionally whales (in season). Location was excellent and the view of the ocean was spectacular! Sunsets were amazing! Very quiet building (which is a plus) and it was clean and orderly. This 2 bed 2 bath unit was exactly as advertised. We were able to easily walk to Fletcher’s Cove beach and we walked to several restaurants as well as the nearby Gelato shop! CVS pharmacy is one block away if you happen to forget something. We wanted to relax and unwind and listen to the ocean waves! ❤️. Also, there is excellent cycling along the PCH with well marked bicycle lanes so you can ride and stay away from the cars. We’ll be back soon!

This condo was amazing. View is incredible. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen stocked just about everything you need to cook dinners. Walk to the amazing beach in 3-4 minutes. Pool was absolutely perfect as well.

We stayed at this property during our daughter's soccer playoffs, which were held at Surf Sports Park in Del Mar. Great property and perfect location for all our needs.

Fabulous views, well-equipped kitchen, clean, very walkable. Great base for a week at the beach. Our teens walked to train station and traved to different beach town each day. Great food and shopping within a block or so, lovely landscaping..enjoyed the grounds.

This was the third time we have stayed in this beautiful home at Surfsong at Solana Beach. There are many things that make it special, so many details that matter, but I will say that the most important ones are the view, privacy from other balconies of other units, security, and quiet! It is so easy to walk to the beach, it is so close, and Solana Beach is much quieter than any other we have experienced, anywhere! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the condo and its beautiful views of the coast. It was well stocked with everything needed for the week. Walked to many restaurants that we enjoyed. Took an Uber to Del Mar for a evening dinner and sunset. Fred was very accommodating for any questions we had. Would book again in the future.

The view from this condo is amazing. Sitting out on the covered deck watching the waves pound the shore makes this condo worth it all on its own. The unit itself is fine it's an (very well maintained) older building so the unit is showing it's age along with some basic wear and tear. Nothing to be alarmed about and reflected in the competitive nightly rate. Overall it's a solid comfortable unit for 2 to 4 people in a quiet clean building with outstanding ocean views in an ideal location within Solana beach. Great value! PS The pool is not heated from Late October to April 1st.

If you ‘get over’ this view, you need to check your pulse to make sure you are alive. “Stunning” barely does it justice. Also, your perfectly situated in the heart of Solana Beach so have ready access to what North and South San Diego have to offer. Quiet, and with a pool/hot tub with the same view, and you are most of the way to a 5-star review. The owner is attentive. The price is nicely competitive for what you get. I could start to niggle a bit about the decor, or this and that but it might confuse. This is a great value and it’s well run, in a lovely spot. My family loved our time here.

This property is stunning. The view is exceptional. A short walk to the beach, cafe, post office and surf shop. There is no barbecue in this unit, or the common area, but we made do for 3 weeks. Underground parking, and elevator that goes to each floor. Tennis and pickle ball courts (which are also on the property) we’re fun to use. There are binoculars in the unit to watch the whole ocean of activities.

Probably one of better ideas ever …..to escape winter in Idaho and head to SD. My wife and I spent a 2 week R&R in Solana and the condo was perfect for our needs. Hard to leave but looking forward to getting the opportunity again and would definitely consider this property next time. Great location and easy access with limited stairs . Well equipped and as presented in the listing.
