Excellent central location close to the beach, and very good value

Great location, only five minutes' walk from the seafront, and right in the heart of town - with many shops, bars, and restaurants within easy reach. Yet it is also unusually quiet, as it is on the last short block of its street before the road ends in a large gated housing compound, so there is almost no through traffic going past it. (The windows seem pretty robust anyway, and provided good insulation against whatever outside noise there might have been.) Higher storeys on the east side of the building offer a glimpse of the sea half a kilometre or so away. The rooms are a fairly good size, and extremely comfortable. The A/C is fairly quiet, the wifi works well, and - most unusually for Vietnam - there is actually quite a good Internet TV package, with an easy-to-navigate menu in English, and several good movie options (though I didn't manage to find any sport).

The staff are pleasant and helpful, but don't speak very advanced English, so might find it difficult to deal with complicated problems or requests. Noise from other guests is sometimes a problem, as the hotel has a very compact floorplan, with all the room doors clustered closely together around the small hallway in front of the elevator. So, guests with young children, or guests who yell at each other when entering or leaving their rooms will be particularly annoying. There is a very small infinity plunge pool on the roof, but it didn't appear to be in use during my visit. There don't seem to be any other facilities - restaurant, business centre, spa, gym, etc. A basic hotel, but very comfortable, and very reasonably priced.

По расположению ок, находится рядом с какой-то государственной структурой, не шумно. Более местная обстановка вокруг отеля. Персонал приветливый и приятный. Мы оставляли в букинге пожелание, что хотели бы заселиться пораньше стандартного времени, нас заселили и учли наши пожелания. За это отдельный респект. Номер был чистый, светлый и просторный в каком-то смысле) Если учитывать его стоимость, то отель шикарный по соотношению цена/качество.

So so, probably won’t come back

Nice and comfortable bed, good location, great promotion.

The receptionist of night shift was quite irresponsible, we requested to rent a scooter but then he just off his shift and didn’t remember any details to hand over to the morning shift receptionist. The control board in front of our room is broken as well.

I had an excellent stay at the Amber. The hotel is convenient for the centre of Nha Trang and the hotel staff are very welcoming. I would definitely stay at the Amber on my next visit to Vietnam.

Cheap and affordable price for an amazing place

Shout out to the very helpful and thoughtful staffs, limited english but they were extremely helpful and understanding. The utilities were great, spacious and comfortable. Im quite a picky person and was very impressed of the quality of stay with the price I paid.

Excellent, I did travel with fam, this is great hotel at center of Nha Trang, quite nearby beach, coffee shops,… We can stay 3people in one room with 1double & 1single bed without extra cost, otherwise this hotel very new & clean, staffs friendly Good place to be, highly recommended 👍🏻 Note: air condition didnt working good

Superb

The room was huge, nicely furnished and very light from the big corner window. Very comfortable bed and good shower. It's in a great location, on a quiet street, close to many shops, restraunts and the night market and only 5 mins to the lovely beach.

These aren't complaints as the hotel was really good and great value for money and we'd stay here again. The staff seemed lovely but didn't engage with the guests and didn't speak much English so it was difficult to communicate. The fridge wasn't cold.

Good price/quality, but there are things to improve

The hotel is nice, well located, a nice man was preparing a breakfast specially for me (cause I was almost alone at the hotel), the view was nice and the room had a chilling zone to stay with friends. Good AC.

The staff doesn't speak English at all, they were nice to help, but it was very difficult to communicate. Wifi was good, but one day it disappeared and got fixed only the next day. TV was a bit useless because there were no available channels and didn't have any Netflix/Google. The swimming pool was a bit dirty.

A superb small hotel exceeds our expectations!

Amber Hotel is located 2 blocks away from the beautiful beach Tran Phu of Nha Trang. It is away from the main through road and therefore it is very quiet without traffic noise. There are several cafes and street food stalls in the immediate neighbourhood and that is very convenient. There are also good restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance. The rooms are very clean, with daily housekeeping services. Reception staff are attentive and very polite though there are times when language is a problem. The views of the city from the room and the rooftop swimming pool are awesome! The room rates are very reasonable for this standard of hotel with good room and bathroom finishings, and everything is sparkling new!

It would make a big improvement if the reception staff could learn to use "Google Translate" to break the language issues.
