Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Area is nice, I've stayed with Myrtle Woods before, the cleanliness of the condo was less than satisfactory after a full walk through. Need to clean carpets and balcony off for guests.

Me encanto, mi familia y yo decidimos a ultima hora irnos a la playa, busque por todos lados pues eramos casi todos niños, los precios en los hoteles eran muy altos, esta estaba a un precio normal. Estaba super limpia, super comoda, y cerca de todo.

Great location, but the unit was not cleaned prior to check-in. there was food on the floor, the microwave was not clean, and the bathrooms had hair on the floor. We found a vacuum in the closet and vacuumed floors and wiped everything down with Clorox wipes. There was food on the placemats on the dining room table. The tv cable box in master did not work.

The entire unit was amazing! Love the balcony with the outside dining area, plenty of space for my family, comfortable, the wifi was strong and tv already had Netflix,hbo,disney plus, etc. Kitchen was spacious, nice cold fridge and freezer, all bedrooms were perfect and beautifully decorated, there were even playing cards already there, bathrooms were perfect and spacious.
