Situated in Edmonton, this charming house for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This home is located on a easily accessed street, adjacent from two beautiful ponds, in one of Edmonton’s newest and safest communities - Terwillegar. Being situated 20 minutes from both the Edmonton International Airport, and the downtown core, the property is a perfect fit for business and leisure guests alike. With ample street parking, a well-maintained lawn, and new and comfortable beds and furnishings, one can rent assured that this house will feel like a home. Grocery shopping, a plethora of local dining, and numerous walk and bike paths are literally minutes from your door. A very short drive brings you to the all-encompassing Windermere shopping complex, boasting VIP theatres, dinning of all levels, and all possible shopping and banking needs. What makes this house unique is the garage mounted solar panels that provide power to the home during the day. It gives you peace of mind knowing your doing your part with preserving the environment. Upstairs features a full bathroom and three separate bedrooms. Each of the three separate bedrooms boasts three new and comfortably outfitted queen-size beds (master bedroom has a king sized), ample closet space, and new weather rated windows and blinds. All linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, television with Netflix and Prime Tv, and a full ensuite complete with shower and toiletries. The living room features a 55 inch television with Netflix, Prime TV and 4K HD cable TV with full sports package, leather sofas, and a futon for any extra guests. Of course, high-speed Internet and extremely reliable Wifi are readily available, making this an excellent choice for any business stay. Please note that I do not show televisions and electronics in photos for security reasons. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots/pans/platters for large meals, serving utensils, grilling tongs, full set of chef knives. And dishwasher. We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc. Attached to the kitchen you will find a door that leads on to a generous wooden deck in a fenced yard, with patio furniture and a full-sized gas BBQ.

This really was a home away from home for us. It looks just like the photos, is super-clean, and extremely well-equipped. We were staying in Edmonton for a family wedding and it was extremely helpful to be staying in such a well-appointed rental. Little touches like some ice cream bars in the freezer, more than one hair dryer, a great washer/dryer, iron, etc helped us get ourselves wedding-ready! We also loved the location, a nice front and back porch for morning coffee and evening wine and all the trails for running when we had any down time.

Very clean and convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Very easy check in. Keyless entry pad is great! Nice restaurants nearby and short drive to the airport.

A very convenient and comfortable home to stay in. All aspects of the check in and access to the house were very simple and straightforward. The house was exactly as advertised, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. We will definitely book again!
