We really enjoyed our stay! So beautiful and spacious. The owners obviously pay attention to their renters’ suggestions. We noticed so many extras that made our visit quite special.

House is lovely and well designed, and managers were helpful & kindhearted when visiting to check in. But the downsides: 1). No written checkout instructions, no written info at all.. Other VRBO rentals left clear written instructions on expectations of renters (e.g. strip bedding, garbage disposal, etc).. Also recommendations on things to do in the area, local stores, churches etc. were provided in other rentals, but not here. 2). Poor lighting made reading difficult at night in main living area & master bedroom. House needs table or floor lamps to sufficiently illuminate premises. 3). Mice sightings, dead cockroaches/water bugs increased as stay progressed. 4). Improve landscaping to facilitate access to lake. 5). No lakefront seating available. No chairs available, so we spent little time on lakefront or dock itself as we couldn’t sit anywhere. Suggestion was made we could carry porch chairs down to lake. But it’s Incumbent on owners to provide this, not for renters to transport porch seating to lake. Also unsafe given pathway comment above. 6). Expected paper products either not provided, or provided in paltry amounts. E.g., no paper towels, tissues, napkins. Only I extra roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, only one almost used up roll in the other bathroom with no additional roll of toilet paper provided. Insufficient toilet paper for a week’s stay. 7). No cable TV, only network stations. 8). We pointed out to property managers when they visited that 2 large bags of garbage were left on front porch. They kindly disposed of them for us. Only later we discovered that trash can on front porch was full of garbage that was left unchecked, never disposed of. We could not use it, and so had to leave bags of garbage on front porch, (as did previous visitors). Regret the negative comments, but we were truly disappointed per the comments noted above. Again, house itself is lovely & spacious & visit by property managers soon after arrival was a real plus.

Beautiful property and very well stocked kitchen with everything we could need. The house it self has plenty of room to spread out on a rainy day. Great swimming and fishing off the dock.

The kitchen has a kind of strange layout, but other than that we really loved this place! The view of the lake was awesome and the dock was the perfect size for 5 people to hang out at and relax.

Our family enjoyed Easter weekend at this lovely tranquil home. It was well kept exterior and interior, we all felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at your home. Very well equipped kitchen and the open concept lends itself to a wonderful space for entertaining!

This property is beautiful. Very peaceful with lots of birds and wildlife and very quiet and relaxing. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Also very well stocked and supplied and the process was seamless! We highly recommend this property for a short get away or extended stay! The Katz Family

Very spacious house with beautiful view of lake. Enjoyed how quiet it was.

House was nice and orderly it had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving . House could have been a little cleaner. It was very dusty and had dead old cockroaches and moths on the counter next to coffee maker. There were dead spiders and other bugs throughout the house that needed swept. Nothing too big of a deal just a little gross when you have toddlers all over the floor. Communication with property manager was quick and easy and she was helpful.
