The condo was perfect for our family of 3. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to make our time in Aruba even more enjoyable. It was close to everything yet so peaceful too.

Located in a great spot on palm beach 15 min walk from everything

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Aruba; we explored different beaches, experienced the nightlife, ate at wonderful restaurants and enjoyed the sunsets each night. We rented a car and it was easy to get around the island. i would highly recommend this property as its location is wonderful!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here. Appartement is modern with everything you need. Close to the beach ( 15 min walk ) and to different restaurants. Condo has 2 neat pools that are both maintained well. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of parking available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The condo was very clean it was well equipped with the essentials to cook your own meals , good air conditioning in main area , and bedroom . Has a nice pool in the condo area which is shared with the other tenants all in a secured area with a security guard at the main gate 24 h 7 days . The condo is well located close to various some small grocery stores , food trucks and restaurants , one of our favourites was the La fonda great Colombian dishes. A 15-20 min walk to Palm Beach . Overall we enjoyed our stay , the manager attendant was very helpful when needed a special thanks to him . David the Owner was very considerate and responded very quickly to our various questions when asked excellent all around service. Top floor Apartment. Well equipped. Pleasant sunny aspect on Balcony. Very good Living RoomTV with You Tube and Netflix available. Good Air Conditioning. An item of equipment required attention upon our arrival but the matter expeditiously attended to by the Maintenance Manager who was very supportive. Car Parking spots were always available. Altogether a most enjoyable stay in Aruba enhanced by our stay in this Apartment.

Great location, great security, with gate/sentry! Security cameras everywhere! Quiet, secluded, yet 10-15 walk to Palm beach and main Palm shopping/restaurants!! Two pool areas well maintained and never crowded!! Thoroughly enjoyed stay!!

This property is located very close to all the beaches, it seems far on the map but it is not. the travel time via car was about 5 mins if that and there is never any traffic on the island. the apartment is spacious 1 bed room, it has all basic needs for a couple or small family. the pool is nice at night time or during the early morning hours. the Sun kinda bakes you during the day 12-4pm. Miguel the host was attentive and gave good recommendations and was ready available if needed via whatsapp msg. we felt it was very enjoyable place to stay we went over the whole island from the house since it was centrally located to good restaurants and shops and beaches on the North south and east coasts. you do have to walk up 2 flights of steps so keep that i mind if you rent here it wasn't bad for us but some might find that troubling. its in a gate community so you have security at all times there was nothing to make us feel unsafe. there are restaurants in walking distance from the apartment or you can easily drive. the big supermarket is 5 min drive away.
