Capistrano floor plan, 1,922 square feet. This home has been newly remodeled with beautiful kitchens and bathrooms throughout. Amazing flooring completes this great Santa Rosa Cove home. The community pool, spa and community tennis court are located just off the rear patio. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is very close to the La Quinta Resort & Club grounds and there are 2 adult beach cruisers in the garage for guest use to ride around the Resort in style. Non-smoking. No Pets. OUR GUESTS ENJOY FULL USE OF THE FACILITIES AT LA QUINTA RESORT.

This unit comes with extras like beach towels, laundry detergent, and bikes. Kitchen has a lot of supplies, but could use more silverware. We were pleasantly surprised to find spices, sweeteners and condiments. We did run out of paper towels, being left with only a partial roll Also could've used another box of tissues in the MB bathroom,being left with a box that was nearly out. Aside from that, it was a great place and we all agreed that we would be happy to stay there again.

Dining room table and chairs are bulky , uncomfortable; makes it hard for others to walk around table. Living room furniture comfortable, but old. TV too small and too far from seating area. Kitchen well stocked with proper kitchen equipment. Being close to tennis court was nice, but many neighbors had a lot of small children on courts early in the mornings and were loud. No Mountain View.
