About this house rental
Located in Kill Devil Hills, this attractive house for $269 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to the Sea Saw. We are constantly adding new amenities, with more upgrades to come. Centrally located for you to take advantage of ALL the Outer Banks has to offer, only half a mile from the Wright Memorial. The house is located on a quiet owner’s street for a genuine Outer Banks experience. Guests will enjoy a spacious master bedroom with en suite bath, the second bedroom features a brand-new full-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped a bunk bed and a single, plus a full hall bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size(new)range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will need to provide their own linens or make arrangements with one of the local rental services (ex. Moneysworth or Just for the Beach). The house can sleep 8 comfortably. The living room also has two new sofas. The driveway can accommodate up to three cars. Families with small children can enjoy the use of a Pack’n’Play, booster seat, umbrella stroller and other items for lighter packing. Fishermen rejoice only half a mile to a sound side boat launch and only a short drive to the piers of the norther beaches: Kitty Hawk Fishing Pier (MP 1), Avalon Fishing Pier(MP 6), Nags Head Fishing Pier (MP 12), Jennette’s Fishing Pier (MP 16.5) and Outer Banks Fishing Pier (MP 18). Runners and families alike will enjoy the pedestrian path that runs along Bay Drive with multiple sound access points, entry just a short walk from the house. Cyclists can also enjoy plenty of space to get their bikes out of the elements along with two bike shops in Kill Devil Hills and access to the Wright Brothers Bikeway, 10 Mile Loop Route and a portion of the Mountains to Sea Route. The house is conveniently located near several large grocery stores, fast food, as well as many fine local eateries and coffee shops. If the rain has you down you can take advantage of the movie theater just around the corner, the Tangier Outlets to the south, the aquarium to the west or the many gift shops of Duck to the north. A stay at the Sea Saw means evenings of rest and relaxation after long days at the beach, touring lighthouses, fishing, cycling or shopping.

Having the the beach chairs and other extra items were an added bonus. We definitely would recommend this place and will be returning for future stays!

This was our first time to OBX and we had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had beach chair and toys, many households, games, and an outdoor shower in addition to the 2 bathrooms. We went to the aquarium on a rainy day about 25/30 min away. Target is 3 min away. This is a great location to walk to the Bay Area and see the sunset and watch the sunrise at the beach side. The owner was helpful and kind. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends! We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved the location of this house and the quiet neighborhood near the sound! It was a perfect place for the teenagers to ride bikes and take evening walks. It’s also close enough to local restaurants, shopping, activities etc that you don’t have to drive too far. The house itself was a good size for 3 adults and two teens and came stocked with everything we needed (except linens, which we knew ahead of time). My only negative would be that the house was a little messy upon our arrival - we found crumbs on the kitchen floor and around the furniture in the living room and it didn’t look like anyone had cleaned behind the furniture in the bedrooms. But we swept and vacuumed before settling in and it was no big deal. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It is clean and well kept. The weather this weekend was unfortunately stormy, but there were plenty of games and coloring books to help entertain our group (ages 1-5 yrs). And just about everything we needed to cook and serve food was available in the kitchen. The neighborhood is very nice and close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Very nice little home in a very quiet little neighborhood. Decent sized bedrooms and nice open living/dining/kitchen area. Had almost everything you would need for an infant which was a big plus! Owner was very easy to chat with.

Great OBX House
For the second year in a row, we enjoyed a great week at the beach at the seesaw. The house is great for a family with kids. Close to the beaches and all that KDH has to offer. We look forward to coming again. Charles is a great host.

Nice stay at Sea Saw!
This house is exactly as described in the listing and extremely clean. Close to everything as it is situated pretty much in the middle of OBX. Easy drive to the public beach accesses and close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and our 2 college age kids. Owners responsive and helpful. We hope to return to OBX soon and hope this house will be available!

The house was spotless & very simply appointed. Beds were comfortable. We liked the location with towns to the north & south to visit. Duck is a must see. We have rented homes through VRBO all across the country & would highly recommend this house & definitely would rent again.

I can not say enough about our stay! The home was very clean neat and tidy! The owners are awesome and super nice and was easy to get ahold of if we would need anything! They let us check in early! The home is located near the public beach accesses, shops, Restaurants! I would most defiantly recommend this Rental property! there was plenty of room the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped , if I could I would give it a 10 star rating! We will definitely be returning and this home would our FIRST choice! Thanks so much to the owners for a wonderful stay!
