Our slice of paradise is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo (1400 sq ft) which features an inviting patio to watch spectacular evening sunsets. Our condo is located in a residential building and therefore is not a resort but is a quaint residential community. Belleair Beach is a small, upscale beach community located just south of Clearwater Beach. *Two-month minimum preferred for Winter 2025. Features include an open floor plan with easy access to the community pool from the walkout patio and located a few short steps from the beautiful beach. Bedrooms are large and include one king bed and one queen bed, both with walk-in closets. The third bedroom/den has a twin bed with trundle and dresser. The master bedroom has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is fully equipped for long stays and is located directly on the beach, with ocean views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom and only a few steps to the beach and community pool. Please note: Community pool is only heated upon request during the winter season and when meteorological conditions are met. Pool is NOT heated continuously. *No Smoking or Vaping inside or on patio *No Pets All supplies to enjoy sunny days on the beach are included with rental: 4 beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler. We are a beach-loving family that enjoys spending time at our beautiful beachside condo on Sand Key. This is our second home and we wish to share our condo with those who will love it and care for it as much as we do.
