This lovely home is clean, quiet and comfortable! Two retired nurses toured Dubuque and thoroughly enjoyed visiting local quilt shops. We slept well and had a great shower here!

Extremely convenient to Downtown and the other locations we were wanting to visit. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The decor in the room was beautiful and unique to the area. We would all definitely recommend this property.

Six of us enjoyed making your home our home base. It’s the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! It’s perfect for six, cozy and comfortable. Love the pictures!! We saw many of them around DBQ.
Kevin is the friendliest host, giving references of restaurants and sites in the area too.
The location is great! We visited Eagle Point State Park across the street. We hiked around seeing beautiful flora and fauna and even saw a bald eagle! We went into town. Great food and friendly people.
We will stay in this wonderful home again. Thank you Kevin! 🤗

Property was conveniently located to all 3 local Colleges. Near a walk/run trail.
Property was clean and communication between myself and management was excellent. The only concern I would have been that the stairs are steep .

Such a cute home. Easy check in, good amenities and clean. We would rent this again! We especially enjoyed sitting around the dining room table and in the living room with the fire place. It was so cozy!

My husband and I had to turn back due to a hail damaged windshield in DesMoines. Our adult children were there for the weekend and enjoyed it. The owner thoughtfully refunded the third night of the reservation which we were not able to use.

My family and I rented this house for a pre-Christmas visit to see my wife’s family in Dubuque. We really enjoyed the house! It is in a great location - just a few miles from downtown Dubuque and very easy to access from Rt 151/61. We especially appreciated the cozy living room which has seating for 6-8, a very large screen TV (great for watching football) and a very nice fireplace which we used every evening when we were there. The bedrooms are ample size and we all found the beds to be very comfortable. Kevin, the property manager, was super helpful and replied quickly when I had a question. My family and I agreed this was a great alternative to rooms in a hotel. We will definitely rent this house again next time we travel to Dubuque.

charming home near eagle point park
very cute and cozy little home with a lot of little extras from sample size shampoos, conditioners, razors, toothbrushes, shave cream etc to make your first night and next morning a breeze. House was very accommodating for 4 adults and very nicely renovated. the upstairs shower is adorable, but not for a tall person LOL. The downstairs bathroom is immaculate and has a great tub and shower combo. Extra large TV's in all rooms. Park is just a few miles away as is the Mississippi river including lock and dam #11. saw over 20 turkeys daily in our yard and the neighbors yard as well a a VERY large BUCK and a large raccoon. street is a little busy outside, but not too noisy. not very many restaurants close by, but doordash and delivery always available.

We met friends from central Iowa and came from Chicago to meet in the middle. The house and host were wonderful and we enjoyed exploring Dubuque. The living room had a nice fireplace and was a cozy spot to talk with friends.

Perfect and adorable
This house was adorable and a perfect fit for 3 couples. We were a quick drive to skiing and exploring downtown Dubuque. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and came and shoveled show several times during our two night stay. Definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend getaway to Galena chose the right property, very cute cozy house with everything you need. Very clean and organic zed place would totally stay again. Only thing missing maybe a outdoor fire pit with some chairs.

Perfect location
It was perfectly located. The bike trail was right across the street which we used every day. It was close to downtown. The houses in this area are well kept. The lock and dam was close by which we ride our bikes to and the trail system went on through Dubuque. We enjoyed ice cream in the evenings from Dairy Queen located just a few blocks away. Nice clean home and appears to be newly remodeled. We would stay here again.

Cozy and Comfortable
The title "Cozy Nest Cabin", is very appropriate for this rental. We found this home very clean, nicely decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, and found the house just as reviewed and as pictures showed. I stayed there with my 2 sisters and it met our needs very well. Within a couple of miles of great restaurant's for dining. We went to Eagle Point Park, the entrance was just up the street about a half a mile. Very beautiful view of the Mississippi River and could look down and watch barges or boats using the locks. I would recommend this home when you visit Dubuque.

The house was welcoming and full of light. This rental was literally spotless and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and even came with a few surprises for us. All the beds were very comfortable. Amenities were well stocked with everything you could need while getting ready in the morning. Excellent communication by the rental company and manager. Easy key access. We loved this exquisite property and will definitely stay here again. This rental does it right! Five stars! A real gem!
