A localização é perfeita! Está a uma distância andável das principais atrações históricas da cidade e é bastante silencioso para dormir mesmo assim. O hotel é ao mesmo tempo muito moderno e histórico.
Não há nada para destacar. Do checkin ao checkout, minha experiência foi incrível.

La ubicación
Cuando llegamos a la habitación ya hacia calor 24,5° marcaba los avisamos por teléfono sobre las 22 h y nos dijeron que no le hiciéramos caso a la temperatura marcada que no estaba bien que le diesemos tiempo.
El aire acondicionado lo manejan ellos, desde la habitación no puedes bajar ni subir la temperatura,lo tenían a 23° en pleno agosto ,nosotros lo queríamos poner a 20°pero saltaba a automático.
Pasamos la noche en leon después de hacer más de 8 horas de viaje en coche y queríamos descansar cosa que no pudimos,nos despertamos de madrugada sudando sobre las 4:30 la habitación estaba a 25'5° ,mi mujer mareada porque con tanto calor le baja la tensión llamamos y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada que le salía todo bien.
A las 5 nos llaman que lo han reiniciado lo que se notaba era más caudal de aire pero la temperatura la misma.Resumiendo.. yo no recomendaría este hotel ,no es normal que ellos escojan la temperatura para todas las habitaciones eso es cosa del cliente,que para eso cobran 80€ la noche.
Y la luz del baño es automática se enciende sola es incómodo, se me apago 3 veces mientras me duchaba hay que salir de la ducha para que se active.

This hotel is located in a very good location for travelers. The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent with local selections from the Leon region. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Brand new hotel with very warm welcome.
Spacious well appointed modern room with tiny street-facing balcony.
Very close to the main square and local bars and restaurants.
No in-person reception coverage after 10pm.

Staff were very friendly and helped with our requirements for the camino.
Possibly a coffee making kettle in room woukd have been good but a vending machine was provided near the reception.

Location was convenient to tapas bars and the Cathedral. The room was probably the most comfortable room we had during our multi-city visit to Spain. Breakfast was varied and comfortable; I appreciated that they schedule your breakfast so that the room never gets too crowded. The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and appreciated.
I can't imagine a thing. My only cautionary note is that the ground floor rooms do hear chatter from reception, and if you plan to sleep after 9am, you'll be disturbed by people going to breakfast. This didn't bother us, but it's worth noting for folks who want to sleep in late.

Great location just off the Plaza Major, where you can park your car. Very friendly staff in this new and special special boutique-like small-scale hotel. Good beds (romantic welcome with swan-folded towels), very clean, and the WiFi was great. Close to the cozy Plaza San Martin, do go there for great and free tapas with your drinks. León is a very beautiful and relaxed city!
Ability to make coffee/tea in the room would have been nice.

This hotel has a really fast, dependable WiFi. if you want to work from Leon, count on this place. I was on Zoom all day without a problem. it’s location os also fantastic and everything about the hotel
is. rand new and clean. Finally the staff are just amazing - so efficient and dependable.

Modern hotel, good value for money, great staff (really friendly) very clean, great location... but the rooms 1 to 4(? - the ones on the ground floor next to reception) are very noisy, due to 1) being very close to reception staff during the day and everyone coming and going and 2) no reception staff during the night, so you get woken up by everyone coming back into the hotel at night after drinking. I hope they fix this (easy with an isolating door and a sign) as I would like to return. I wasn't going to mention this here but I hope it's the best way to change things, because I liked the place very much.
