Nestled in Peachland, this lovely house for $361 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy the beautiful new seasonal POOL overlooking the lake, with extensive decks, pergola and firepit! *Pool will be open and heated from May 19-September 23, 2023* This listing is for our Suncrest Suite located on the main floor of our vacation rental home. Our vacation rental home contains 2 separate, self contained 2 bed/bath suites-the Fairhaven Suite on the lower level of the home and the Suncrest Suite on the main level of the home (each suite is listed separately on this site). The Suncrest Suite is a completely self-contained unit that is accessed directly from the parking area with its own private entrance. It's a perfect setup for 4 adults including a comfortable deck with spectacular lakeview! The Suncrest Suite is open concept and features a huge kitchen with island, dining area and living room - also with specatular lakeviews! The master bedroom is located off the living room and features a king bed, sliding door to the deck overlooking the lake and a large 4 pc ensuite bath (with soaker tub and separate shower). The second bedroom is located down the hall and has a queen bed, closet and plenty of shelving for storage. The second bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom. There is a also a front load washer & dryer available in the laundry area of this suite that is exclusively for the use of this suite. Outside amenities (pool, lower decks, pergola, firepit, etc.) are shared with guests of the lower level vacation suite - but the upper deck located off the dining room and master bedroom of the Suncrest Suite are exclusive to this suite. Installed in 2020 is a beautiful pool overlooking the lake, with extensive decks, pergola and firepit! Both suites share these wonderful amenities, with plenty of sun loungers and seating. Each suite still retains exclusive use of their own deck overlooking the lake. As we are an adult oriented property (not suitable for children), we welcome guests 18 and over - the max occupancy in the Suncrest Suite is 4 people. We provide all the linens & towels, a well equipped kitchen in each suite, and a propane BBQ for each suite (with 1 tank of propane included for your stay), etc. so just pack your suitcase and let your vacation begin! The owners, Chris & Sheila, live at and run a successful B&B right next door to Red Haven Retreat so you always have access to the Vacation Suite owners in the unlikely event any issues should arise. We take our guests comfort, security and enjoyment seriously - we are not absentee owners, yet we respect the privacy of our guests! Ideally situated in the heart of Okanagan wine country, midway between Kelowna and Penticton. We are 45 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW), 25 minutes to downtown Kelowna, 10 minutes to West Kelowna and south of us (to fabulous beaches!) it is 20 minutes to Summerland and 30 minutes to Penticton. Red Haven Retreat is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area with breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake. We are a short 2 minute drive down the hill to the cleanest beaches on Okanagan Lake and "Swim Bay" (with the only lifeguards on the Lake). Take a stroll along the Centennial Walkway waterfront path through our quaint downtown and enjoy a variety of wonderful restaurants and pubs, ice cream shops and unique retail outlets. We are within 10-20 minutes of numerous wineries, Okanagan ATV Tours, beautiful sandy beaches and ZipZone - the highest & fastest zipline in Canada! Red Haven Retreat is an ideal base from which you can explore all of the sights and activities that the Okanagan Valley has to offer.

What a lovely view and a great place to stay! It's central to the Okanagan wine region going north or south. The house is on a lovely perch above the lake with views down the lake both ways. And the pool is a great place to relax after a hard day of wine tasting. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and Peachland is a beautiful little town.

Thank you for a wonderful visit to Peachland. My sisters and I loved our stay in your beautiful rental. Everything was wonderful. The condo was clean well equipped and beautiful. Check in and checkout was effortless!! The downstairs unit can be rented with the upstairs and connected inside if you have a larger group. The location and views cannot be beat! Thank you again! We loved it!

We stayed in the Suncrest Suite for 10 days - myself and my husband and our adult daughter and her parent. The suite was very spacious and thoughtfully equipped, with everything you could need. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom in the king room was more than enough space for 2 people. The best part of our stay was obviously the view - so nice each morning to sit on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and a great view of the lake. Wooded area to the side of the rental had regular visitors, including deer, marmots and quails. Great spot for bird or wildlife watching. We appreciated that the rental was in a quiet neighborhood and we were never bothered by traffic sounds. We used the pool a few times and enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring the Okanagan, and we will choose it again if we return!

We enjoyed our three day vacation inclusive of relaxation and wine tasting. Our hosts were great. The accommodation complete with all comforts. The grounds immaculate, the beds comfortable, the pool and recreational area beautiful and accommodating to our every desire - whether to sun, to swim, to have a fire or have dinner in. We would definitely return.

We stayed for two months while working remotely and enjoyed the house and location. Sheila and Chris are kind and gracious hosts who live right next door. Communication before and during our stay was quick and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with them occasionally when enjoying the beautiful outdoor spaces. The house was clean and equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is large and has most utensils and equipment you'll need for cooking, including a griddle. There's a large dining table which worked well for a remote office set-up. Wifi speeds varied some, but averaged 40 Mbps up & down, so worked ok even with two people on video calls at the same time. The main bathroom has a lovely soaking tub and plenty of towels, soap, tissue and toilet paper. The beds are comfortable and the second bedroom is especially good for anyone who likes a really soft mattress. The deck offers a beautiful view over the lake with several comfortable chairs and there are lots of windows to let natural light into the living and dining room. There's a grocery store and coffee shop just a few minutes' drive away and larger stores in West Kelowna for everything else. We recommend Bliss Bakery in Peachland and Kaiso Japanese and Thai Cuisine in West Kelowna. The hosts gave us great suggestions for nearby hikes and we also found a good set of stairs for climbing to the top of the hill in the neighborhood up the road from the house. Overall, a great experience and we definitely recommend staying here. The hosts take good care of their properties, making them both practical and pleasant to stay in.

Perfect location for many activities. Very easy to book and communicate with owners who were very friendly. Great deck with a breathtaking view! Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, lots of room for lounging around in the living room, felt right at home :)

We loved the location of this property and it's proximity to town. The view from the expansive deck was spectacular! Watching the sun set with a glass of local wine and that view is something we will remember for years to come. Chris and Sheila are next door if you need anything and were super helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us a huge box of Italian plums fresh picked from their own fruit tree for us to take home. The property is clean and well stocked with necessities. Highly recommended!
