Never again! I strongly advise against it!
The food was very tasty. Lokalizacja była bardzo atrakcyjna.
Give a wide berth! Mocking, disrespecting and ripping off customers! We arrived at the parking lot - it was supposed to be free, and our host, without asking, directed us to a paid parking lot of 5 JOD, probably his friend's. We were transported from the parking lot to the campsite not by car, but by some complete junk! Without license plates, with torn, dirty seats, with sticking wires instead of the ignition, without door handles, posing a danger to passengers! There was to be a private bathroom on site - it was publicly available. There were supposed to be towels - there weren't, only at my strong request the owner did me a favor and brought them. There were supposed to be bedding - there were only sheets, but interestingly - they were not included separately, as is usually the case in hotels, but already placed on the mattresses (the sheets were elasticated) and they were not white, but with some dark pattern, so it was impossible to determine whether they were clean at all or not. The duvets had no covers at all. The owner said that the duvets are washed after each tourist. Ridiculous mockery! Should I believe that he preferred washing duvets than duvet covers??? When I started to demand it, he said that if I didn't like it, he could take me back to the parking lot. It was already late, so I put on a good face for a bad game and stayed. The room was supposed to have a double bed, but there were two single beds which the owner simply put together. One of the pillows was so hard that I preferred to sleep with my backpack under my head. There were two beds in the room, one stool and nothing else. No cupboard, no chair - nothing. The price for the room was theoretically low, but that doesn't mean you can't keep the contract! Apart from that the room was described as deluxe! I left the total with him 118 JOD! I asked the owner twice for a receipt for the desert trip, he said I would get it - I didn't.

Exceptional
The location of the camp is amazing. The tents were really clean and the food was really good. The hospitality of the people in the camp was second to none, they were always available to serve you. They also arranged a cake for us at a very short notice that was also free. Jeep safari and camel riding at the camp site were arranged by the driver who took us on a desert safari showing us every part of Wadi Rum. If anyone is visiting Wadi Rum, this is the best place to stay

Amazing location
The setting/location of this camp is absolutely amazing, with a huge red sand dune in front. You can sandboard from it.

Don't be a customer, be a friend. That's the motto of this facility.
Especially the location, you can see beautiful sunset just beside the camp. Taking a walk on a moonlit night was stupifying near the camp. The host, Brother Eid was more than friendly, he became a friend. He told me that having a business is good and all, but you should leave friends after travel. They will remember you as friends. I knew about Bedouin hospitality, but I didn't know that it was this good. He is the son of the Bedouin leader of Wadi Rum, so he knows about respect and all. Well, the facility provides camel rides, jeep rides, dinner, lunch, and even breakfast. People on the outside persuaded me to take those things from them. I didn't know before, so I had a miscommunication with Brother Eid. I suggest you all talk to him about having the activities, as he provides various ones so that you can choose one from it and you won't regret it. As for safety concerns, by the looks of it and after staying there overnight, I think it was pretty safe to roam around even as solo travelers. But, if you go there with a group, I think that'd be the best experience to party beside the bonfire with the delicious Bedouin food. And bring your speakers with you. A thumps up, you can't find any network or wifi in the middle of the desert. if you need it for urgency, brother Eid may take you close to the network point with his SUV so that you can connect and do your job.
I think the bedsheets and the blankets can be a bit cleaner. The tank lid of the commode falls automatically on the toilet, it is annoying while you're doing business.

Very good
The food was amazing. The tour was interesting and I loved the music he played us. Overall I would highly recommend the camp to anyone. He really wants you to have a great experience and that comes through from his enthusiasm to give his guests the best possible service.
Having a clear price list of what aspects of the tour/stay costs X amount, I believe this would be helpful to tourists in understanding what they are getting and what they are paying for.
