We enjoyed this property very much. The amenities in the back were perfect for our group. The house is great and has decor that honors the 1950's, which we believe is when the house was built. Property managers were great. Much to do in the area in addition to the obvious music venues.

Property was great, just as described! Other than a slight problem with the code that was quickly resolved, we had an excellent time and we will be back!! Hosts were very quick to respond and everything was clean and comfortable.

The back yard is a perfect private and ready to enjoy place ! We really enjoyed the games and the clean pool!!! The fire pit was fully stocked with dry wood and 2 good BBQS !!

Wonderful property for family or large group. So much to enjoy at the home we didn’t want to even go sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood yet easy access to downtown. Such a great time.

We loved our stay. Backyard is amazing!! Beds were very comfortable. For families with kids... this is like renting your own hotel! Provided plenty of activities you will not want to leave the house.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my boyfriends 40th birthday! It was super easy to get an Uber to wherever we needed to go! We stayed in February so didn’t really enjoy the pool but the hot tub was great!

Passcode did not work so we were unable to get in until contacting property owner. Once in we really enjoyed the property. Spacious and well kept. Would come back again

Had a great Ladies vacation at this property. Spent most of our time either downtown Nashville or in the backyard cool vibe environment. The pool and hot tube setup was awesome! Location was convenient for driving to Opry house and also downtown Nashville. The house had plenty of towels, coffee, trash bags, etc. Even had snacks and nice fun room to do your hair! Definitely was nice to have all these extra 'Perks'! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time and loved the outdoor space at the property. Having the pool and hot tub made it feel like we were at our own private resort. The entertainment room gave us the perfect family movie night too. Jessica and Tyler were very responsive to our questions. We had everything we needed and can’t wait to come back.

This vacation house has all the amenities required for a great Nashville vacation. You can hang at the pool during the day and then a quick Lyft ride to Broadway at night. The owners are easy to work with and provided great customer service.

Our family met in Nashville (a comfortable distance to travel for all) for a weekend to celebrate Grandpa's retirement. We all had such a great weekend celebrating together in such a nice place with so many fun games to play! Thanks for hosting us! We'll be back soon!

We stayed as a large family on our first visit to Nashville. The home was comfortable, clean, and centrally located to various things we wanted to do in town. The hot tub was nice, it was too cold to swim but the property is well-maintained and ready for fun. I recommend.

I booked my bachelorette party to stay her and it was the perfect spot. A quick 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride to midtown and Broadway. It has an exceptional backyard space with a fantastic pool. We loved our stay.

We hosted a bachelorette party here and it was a blast. The location and amenities the house had to offer were amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless and they were extremely helpful with any questions or things we needed throughout the weekend. We rented this property for less than a week, Jess and Ty were great! This is definitely a well used property. Lots of extra twoels for pool and shower, not many for the kitchen when we were there. A few signs of age for this property, some toilet flushing delays, shower drain clogs, but nothing that infringed on our having a good time. Uber into the best parts of Nashville very simple. The hot tub was a great option when it was rainy or too cold for swimming.

Nice quiet location, great backyard area, plenty of space, comfortable beds, hosts were thoughtful with making little extras available in case you forgot something at home. House seems bigger on the inside! Lots of room to spread out - we were only 4 people, but could see this being great for a larger family or group. Relatively easy access to lots of Nashville attractions.
