Lovely atmosphere with antique-style furniture and art, a quiet location with a great bakery just 2 blocks away and a pretty park right in front. The breakfast was nice and the lady who attended was friendly. The bed was comfy and I had a massive bathroom with excellent shower.
The larger patio at the back of the property has not been maintained, I tried sitting out there but the chairs and tables were dirty with bird poop. It was once a very pleasant space. My room was fine although a bedside lamp would have been reasonable and I don't think it had been cleaned recently or very thoroughly.

The host was super friendly and very helpful. You feel really welcomed.
The quarter is quiet and safe, and is not far from airport (up to 15 min drive by taxi).
Unfortunately, the access to the ocean is quite far, you have to walk up to one hour to find a staircase to get down the cliff.

The host makes you feel at home. Even volunteered to drive us on nearby places and had lunch with us. He let us check in early. Such a warm, nice gentleman.
Just a little warm at night even with the windows open, but that can be because of the weather where we come from. Otherwise, all was good

the rooms are good for the price, and the property is a kind person. Also he has two beautiful dogs
nothing, is good for the price and a good option if you have a flight and want to stay close to the airport

Great location, close to the airport and to others interesting districts like San Isidro, Callao, and Miraflores. It's not far from the centre , you need a 15/20 minutes ride by taxi.
The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet, hot water for shower. no problem. Just what you need after a whole day touring in Lima.
Breakfast is made fresh for you. Javier y Juan helped with any questions and advised where to go and what to visit.
I would stay here again!
Nothing to say.

The staff was very helpful. Even the other guest were kind, warm and welcoming! The feel was of an older historic catholic/Spanish influenced building and was so nice. Our shower was large which is always a plus.
The room was quite small. Practically room for our bed and then space for.our suitcases right next to it. I wish the suana that was in the shower worked and the water pressure of the shower was a little funky as ithad multiple settings yet didn't seem to fully put the water through one of the shower heads.

Nothing
Everything. The reviews were pretty good, when we arrived there we were convinced it was not the same place. It is a old house, smells humidity, don't have water in the shower, the room is too small no have closet. Next time I will check about the cancelation we had to pay 120 dollars for that plus 2 nights and we stayed just one.

From the outside the building looks very neat and pretty. Also inside it is cosy and good decorated.
Good bread for breakfast
Hot water (but no pressure)
When we came inside it smelled like an old, moldy house. and our room even worse, we had the room on the bottom. very small but that was not the problem, we knew it would be small. the bathroom: you can not even close the door good when you are inside the bathroom because it is that small. there was black fungus on the roof and the shower curtain was quite nasty (but I have to say: the next day they came to paint the roof in the bathroom but that is not how you got rid of fungus, you need to treat it before you paint). The sheets had stains and on the floor next to the bed there was still toilet paper from the previous people (this was cleaned the second day)
also, the second morning (Sunday), wo woke up from a loud tv and later from people that were having breakfast. This was the boss with 2 friends, not even trying to talk soft. that’s why I think this room is not optimal next to the kitchen and the common area.
the breakfast: very good bread but just an egg to eat it with. no butter, no jam. nothing. on the pictures we saw a different breakfast.the second morning the boss with his 2 friends were having a. very fancy breakfast with good coffee, eggs, salads, meat, fruit salad, juice, … that is not so nice to make a difference in breakfast without asking us. even we had the cheaper room.
I know we had the cheapest room of this hotel and I don’t expect a very fancy room but just some basics: a clean room (no old, moldy room) an some basic breakfast (some bread with egg, butter and jam).
I am very disappointed because we saw good ratings and extra stars for cleanliness but we didn’t experienced that at all.

Wonderful property decently close to the airport with some of the cutest little French bulldogs I have ever encountered.

We really loved the decor of the place. We received a warm welcome. Comfortable and clean! Convenient location for the airport. We adored the two dogs! Great wifi.
We had an issue paying by card and had no cash on us as it was our last night in Peru. When it came to pay we had to be escorted to an atm to withdraw cash which was a little inconvenient as we had a flight to catch. I’d advise bringing cash for payment.

The stay was amazing! I was looking to explore the local culture of Peru and could not find a better place. The hotel was decorated in old national decor and I felt I was living like a local.
The staff was super helpful and went beyond the duties to make my stay comfortable ( serving breakfasts in the middle of the night due to my crazy schedule and cleaning my clothes for several hours).
Two amazing Frenchies living in the place welcomed me as a family member and I spent amazing evenings with them on my knees.
