Filled with charm, it features curved walls, exposed bricks, arched windows, hardwood and tile flooring. Our home sleeps 18 in beds and has room for more! Bring the entire family as we are happy to have you! We are set up for family gatherings and there is now a play set in the backyard! The Space: The house will sleep 18 in beds! It has a lovely sun-room that has 2 tables and seats 10 for meals as well as a main dining table that seats up to 10. There are lots of extra FUN items such as corn hole game, board games, xbox, Foosball, a fire pit and an outdoor play set. In the house we have many extras such as play toys, a high chair, baby gates, extra small appliances as well as a fully stocked kitchen. HOUSE SET UP: Main Floor: Master Bedroom w/private bath: King bed, a set of bunk beds and a crib in the walk in closet Large family room with an 80" TV - Yes, 80" - it has streaming for super fun movie nights! Dining area – table seats 10 Kitchen Sunroom with 2 tables – seats 10 Laundry room Half bath Basement: Queen Bedroom Bathroom Huge Family Room with a 60" TV Game Table - so many games in the closet Dedicated work space with Monitor Upstairs: Sunflower Room – King bed and 2 twin beds Green Room – King bed, Full bed and a Twin bed South Room – King bed, Trundle bed and a Toddler bed Turret Room – Fun to hang out in – 4 oversized chairs and an ottoman Large Bathroom Guest Access: You will have access and use of the entire house! Guest also will have access to parking in the 2 car garage as well as ample driveway parking. Tons of street parking available as well. The Neighborhood: Quiet family neighborhood. Ample parking Getting Around: Plenty of street parking in front of our home Other Things to Note: We do allow family gatherings, however as we are in a neighborhood and NOT an event center, we do not allow gatherings over 40 - 50 people.
