Nestled in Avon, this lovely house for $467 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Avon Business License No. 008180. Our cozy, three level, 2,000 square-foot townhome, features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is located in Avon just 2 minutes away from the world-class Beaver Creek resort. The location allows easy access to downtown Avon and Nottingham lake. Our home features all of the comforts you're accustomed to, including granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout, a gas fireplace in the main living space, and a soaker jet tub in the master bath. Home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the surrounding landscapes, and unmatched access to the Eagle River which includes private fly fishing rights. It also features a community fire pit located adjacent to the river in a tranquil, park-like setting. Access to the outdoor amenities, the interior of our home will not disappoint! It is located about 1/8 mile east of Avon Road on Highway 6. It's tucked off the main road, and it provides convenient access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bakeries and coffee shops, skiing, and biking. You are literally minutes from everything Avon/Beaver Creek has to offer. Our home has great access to public transportation and other alternative modes of transportation as the bus stop and bike path are just steps away from our home. There's easy access to Beaver Creek Ski Resort without paying resort prices. The Gondola which provides access from Avon to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort and other lifts is located a mere 1/2 mile west of the home. The 'Bear' parking lot is only blocks away from the Highway 6 turn off, which provides regular shuttle service to Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - California King Bed 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed Loft - 2 Twin Beds Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Everthing was clean and very well organized. It was like staying in your own home with beautiful decor and a cozy feel. The views were beautiful and being close to the creek was a bonus. We had a couple of firepit evenings and being among the large pines, aspens and creeks was fabulous. Highly recomend this property.

The home was lovely and right on the Eagle river. Very convenient to everything and the setting was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This was a comfortable and beautifully outfitted home with convenient access to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds & furniture comfortable, and the decor homey. Sitting by the gas fireplace, watching the snow fall over the Eagle River offered a peaceful unwinding from an active day. We would definitely return again.

The property was even better than I expected. Very well stocked kitchen, every bedroom has it's own TV and its own bathroom, very clean, convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail. The only negative is around the instructions provided for the stay. The listed wifi password did not work when we tried connecting on our phones and instructions for how to access garbage garage were not clear (missing a code).

This home is fabulous! We'll thought-out design. 5 bathrooms. 4 of them are full baths. Sits right on Eagle River and the snow and all the trees where amazing. I even saw a wild turkey. The home is fully stocked and there is everything you need. They even had multiple coffee pots and some provisions to get you through the first morning if you didn't make time for a grocery stop We'd love to visit again.

Very clean and comfortable to stay in. Lots of room to spread out in. I would definitely stay here again. The fireplace is a bit quirky though, hopefully you will get it fixed properly.

We six long-time friends are committed to using VRBO locations to stay vs hotels. This location was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and had great space with each bedroom having its own dedicated bathroom. Even though it is located in a small condo complex, it is tucked back in what felt like a secluded spot just about 50 yards from the Eagle River which you could hear running day and night. It is perfectly located in Avon, a town that did not seem to have the dense tourist population of some ski areas. Brian was a great and responsive host and we would go back in a heartbeat to this VRBO. Thanks for a great experience that made our week long stay truly memorable!

We loved this place on the Eagle River. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, which overlooks the river. The kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishing and bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The location was great - we biked for coffee every morning. Highly recommended for a stay in Avon.

This cozy house was perfect for our stay in Avon! The owner was very responsive and more than accommodating. The house was very kid friendly. It was also just across the street from the bus stop which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the view of the river right outside our window. We would definitely stay here again!
