Super décoration. Domotique incluse dans l’app MiHotel.
La Tour Rose est un vieil immeuble magnifiquement rénové. Espace commun convivial.
Pas de possibilité de laisser ses valises (avant 17:00) ailleurs que dans les bureaux de la société et non dans le lieu où nous résidions. Difficulté à trouver l’étage de sa chambre si vous ne savez pas qu’il faut regarder sur un panneau pas bien placé ni bien éclairé dans le couloir d’entrée de la Tour Rose.
Impossible de joindre quelqu’un avant 10:00 alors que j’attendais mon petit déjeuner qui devait arriver avant 8:00 et qui n’arrivait pas alors que que je devais partir en réunion. En un mot, ce n’est pas fait pour la clientèle business.

The all digital booking and access system had a lot of problems. MiHotel Office staff were excellent in resolving issues.
Booking.com needs to know to have ALL USA customers pay IN ADVANCE for this property, --- do not offer other options---.
This is because collecting payment at arrival (or just prior) was a gargantuan pain in the ass!!!!!! Multiple online attempts, multiple emails, multiple phone calls.

The location was perfect for us. A multitude of pleasant little restaurants within five minutes walk - a great bonus on cold winter nights. Also very convenient for Fourvière funicular and walking to other parts of the city.
Very comfortable bed and good bathroom, and 2 chairs in bedroom.
Warm and cosy at the end of January.
Office staff responded very promptly to request for taxi on following day.
A number of small annoyances. No hooks for coats - we had to use those in the bathroom destined for towels. Couldn’t put coats in wardrobe as only 3 coat hangers for 2 people with clothes for 6 days!
Shelves too high - I was unable to reach either the upper shelf in wardrobe or the one with plates and cups.
Lights in sitting area very dim - I spent evenings sitting in the bathroom because that had better lighting.
Quite a lot of chips in the paintwork - I imagine this is a problem with an apart’hotel where no one checks often enough on maintenance issues.
We stayed for 6 days and got used to coping with these small points, because the location was so outstanding.

Very good location in the centre of old town walking distance of sightseeing, shops, restaurants. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night
I did not notice that check in was 17:00 so we had to wondering around until that time. There's no reception so either you have to pay extra or spend that money to a restaurant(!) until you check in.

Das alte Haus und die Einrichtung der Zimmer
Ausser der Lage und der Einrichtung ist alles eine Katastrophe!
Es gibt nicht wie in Booking beschrieben eine 24 Std. Reception. Wer nicht vorher bezahlt, kommt nicht ins Haus. Mein Freund aus Mexico musste 2 Std in der kälte stehen, bis ein Freund von Mexico-City aus eine Zahlung vornehmen konnte. Vor 17h kommt niemand ins Haus, auch nicht wenn die Zimmer schon parat sind. Der Zugangscode für die Aussentüre, den Lift und das Zimmer sind erst ab 17h und bis zum Abreisetag um 12h benutzbar.
Mein Freund hat den Lift am Abreisetag um 12.58h betreten, sein Gepäck eingeladen, die Türe ging zu, er war drin und weil es 12h war, funktionierte der Code nicht mehr und er war in dem kleinen Fahrstuhl eingeschlossen. Da ich bereits vor der Türe war, könnte nicht mehr mehr ins Haus, der Code geht ab genau 12h nicht mehr.
das ganze ist eine Verwaltungsschade und wir überlegen uns rechtliche Schritte.
Ach ja, und das Frühstück ist KLASSE, um 7h werden Kartons vor die Zimmertüre gestellt, sieht dann um 10h wirklich lecker aus.
Eine schöne Zimmereinrichtung allein genügt eben doch nicht um ein GUTES Hotel zu sein!!!
und an Booking.com, schaut euch nochmals an was ihr da ausschreibt, das stimmt alles so nicht!!!

The location was perfect, this part of Lyon is very pleasant. The building is beautiful and quirky.
The room quality was poor. I booked mainly for the fireplace in the room which I managed to turn on once and then it stopped working for the rest of the duration of our stay. Paint was chipped in so many places, showing poor maintenance of the suite. Overall cleanliness was bad, dust and ring marks everywhere, hairs left in the sink, unpolished surfaces. Lightbulbs were blown making the suite dark and in some places too dark to see anything.

Un hôtel sans staff mais le système de codes est ok. Très bien situé dans le Vieux Lyon, parking public sur les quais à 150m que l'on peut réserver online. Suite Bianca pour notre séjour, soit deux chambres en une. Quelques éléments de décoration défraichis mais chambre confortable et bonne literie.
Petit déjeuner par un prestataire, livré devant la porte et à prendre dans la chambre : la qualité est ok mais la livraison entre 8 et 9h est trop peu précise en termes de timing, et le mobilier du petit salon de la chambre n'est pas pratique pour y prendre ce petit déjeuner à plusieurs. Mieux vaut miser sur la boulangerie et les cafés qui sont à deux pas.

Localisation super, très calme, décoration très soignée, literie parfaite. Un excellentissime séjour dans un bel et rare endroit à Lyon.
Réseau 4g ou 5g inexistant. Prévoir d'avoir accès au mail indiquant les codes d'accès avant la porte d'entrée.

La suite est magnifique
La chambre n'est pas isolée du bruit et des odeurs. Elle se trouve au dessus d'une cour intérieure où les gens viennent fumer et parler et de l'arrière cuisine d'un restaurant. Impossible de dormir.

Das Schlafzimmer war zu klein, die Treppe zu steil, die Sitzgelegenkeit hässlich und abgesessen.
Das Frühstück eine Zumutung. Alles war in der Kiste durcheinander geschüttelt.
Ich hatte extra um Milch gebeten für einen Café - keine da. Ich hatte extra um ein weiteres Kissen gebeten - keines da.
Die Lage war sehr schön, aber es war unmöglich zu parken. Das hätte erwähnt werden müssen.
Wir werden dort nicht zurückkehren.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk within the old town and really enjoyed the city.
Can't think of much. We did have to walk upstairs, but the layout of the hotel was very interesting and unusual.

The room was very nice, good size.
No cars allowed on this street, so you have to drag your luggage down a cobblestone street for a block or so. No staff, so you have to grab a maid and use Google translate. I booked 3 nights, then added a day on the front end. Due to check out at 12 and checking at 5, we were locked out of our room from 12 to 5...

I was apprehensive about the all digital check in and no keys but it was really easy and seamless. The room was clean, lots of space and functional. The shower was great (the option for a rain shower head and a normal shower head at the same time)!
The loft would always be hotter than the living area which would be super cold and we weren’t sure which aircon setting to use for just the loft.

check in and check out very cumbersome. Had to leave suitcase at office which were not close by.
