Lower Level has a recreation room providing another TV room, 3 more bedrooms, washer/dryer, and 2nd refrigerator. It is clean but nothing fancy. There are no life guards or concessions. You don't need a pass. Free parking is available. There is parking for approximately 3 vehicles directly in front of the home. Extra parking is available in the overflow lot near the pool area. There is a designated trailer parking area inside our neighborhood near the front entrance gates. The free community boat ramp is 1/3 mile from your private dock. Your private dock is next to your home. There is room for up to 3 boats (1 under cover/roof).
