Nestled in Palmetto Bluff, this lovely cottage for $1,229 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We are open to longer-term bookings for extended periods of open dates. Please let us know what your needs are and we can prepare a specific quote for you. About our cottage: Packed with Southern Charm and all the features you need for a great stay in Palmetto Bluff. As a guest, you will have access to the scenery and a wide variety open to the public venues that the neighborhood has to offer. Our home is located steps away from the Village green space on the May River which features the chapel, pier, bocce courts, and swings. In addition to this, you may choose to contact Outside Palmetto Bluff for outings on the river or waterway, bike rentals, kayaks, and paddleboards. Our Palmetto Bluff home is set up to be easy to use for a family, a multi-generational visit, or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds on the first floor each has a private bath and direct access to the rear screen porch. The first floor also features a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, half bath, and a great room with a gas log fireplace. This area serves as the primary living and dining space. The rear screen porch is set up with a seating area and a dining table. The Front porch has a seating area, bistro table, and swing-style daybed. Just off our kitchen, there is a side door that leads to a grill area that has a natural gas Weber genesis grill. The second floor features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, 1 full (shared) bath that has a separate tub and shower. There is also a small sitting room with doors that can be a great little getaway space, office set up, or a place for kids, this is a perfect spot for a pack-n-play for any little ones that need a place to rest. Please note that while our cottage does sleep up to 10 people our rates are based on an 8-person occupancy. Additional guest fees apply for guests beyond the initial 8 people. The club is also limiting rental guest amenity access to 8 people per rental house. For guests that are not members of Palmetto Bluff, South Street Partners has just released new amenity access information. Amenity access is optional. If choosing amenity access, there will be a $25/night administration fee that will be invoiced to guests through VRBO. For a fee of $25/day per person, amenity access will be available to some pools, fitness center, and an option for limited reservations to restaurants on property. The fee is per day and per person for adults and children 6 and over. This fee is collected by the club upon arrival at the pool or fitness center for those who are using the facilities. Rental guest amenity access is not available during major holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Additional documents and information is available following booking or upon request.

I rented this home for my son’s wedding at the Montage at Palmetto Bluff. Erik could not have been more accommodating and kind. The house is immaculate, well stocked, just perfect. If you are looking for a home to rent this is a definite must!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

We have rented probably 10 different properties at the Bluff and this one has to be one of our favorites. The owners were super helpful and responsive and had tons of nice little touches to make it feel like home. Our kids kept saying how much they loved the location and layout of the home and everything was really well kept, clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure!!!

Our stay in this beautiful house in palmetto bluff was perfect. The house was wonderful-clean, homey-beautiful. Took advantage of sitting on the front porch and walking to dinner at The River House. Went kayaking and explored the neighborhood. Many thanks to the fantastic hosts!

The property and location offers everything for a successful holiday! Quiet and walkable neighborhood, small general store and lovely ice cream parlor in the immediate vicinity. Very near to bike rental and the Montage Hotel and it’s restaurant only minutes away by foot. The large, well-kept house offers a lot of space. Photos reflect the reality. The house is great and well furnished! Hosts are very friendly, inquiries were answered immediately. Would gladly stay again!

We’ve been coming to Palmetto Bluff for 13 years and have stayed at a range of houses and this has to be our favorite. It’s a lovely cottage that has a wonderful warm / welcoming feeling to it and the kids loved the bunk room. The owners clearly take great care I’ve the house and great pride in a positive experience for their guests. Couldn’t have asked for more.

From the beginning of booking this property the communication with Erik was stellar. He promptly responded and answered all of our questions. The location of this property is perfect to have a really great experience of Palmetto Bluff and Wilson Village - it's truly only a couple of blocks to most of the amenities. The house itself is perfect for a few couples or a large family - lots of space to relax and socialize. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of extras, including several options in the way of coffee makers. And the gift basket on arrival was much appreciated. The outdoor space is perfect -plenty of space to spread out on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee and back porch is the perfect place to savor a dinner with friends and while away the evening. We did have an issue arise while we were there and Erik was super on getting someone on the problem and getting it resolved. This property is definitely a recommend.

This cottage was perfect for our family! The beds were wonderful, the children loved the bunk beds and everyone had a large tv. We loved the fireplace and the ease of turning it on and off. The kitchen was fabulous, the pantry held all our groceries out of our way and easily accessible. We had a sweet gift basket in the living room. The front porch was cozy and the back porch was screened for meals! Immaculate home with no more than a five minute walk to the ice cream shop or Buffalos for dinner. A ten minute walk to s'mores at night. And on our walks we had views of the river and alligator sightings. The walk to R.T.'s was perfect for those needing a little exercise. The owner stayed in contact offering help for anything we needed and he answered immediately. From the minute we booked it months ago to the day we checked out Erik made our experience so pleasant. We highly recommend this cottage for your stay.

We stayed at Natalie and Erik's home in Palmetto Bluff for an extended weekend. Their home was absolutely amazing. Everything is top notch and we did not want for anything. We've stayed at many places in Palmetto Bluff over the years, and this was hands down, the nicest accommodations we have had-- and that's saying something since the whole resort is remarkable. We will definitely be back!
