I loved this little house and felt very comfortable during our stay. It was fun to watch the livestock at the U of A farm, which included new lambs. The view of the Catalina Mountains was incredible.

House was great for a work/vacation getaway. The fenced in backyard was a perfect for our dog.

We absolutely loved this house for our family! The location was perfect - 10ish minutes to UofA campus, 15ish minutes to trail heads, Trader Joe's/Safeway both nearby, and great views of the Catalina mountains. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog. We loved this space and will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great central location. The house was very comfortable for our family. We had fun seeing the sheep across the street!

This house is just right for us! This is the 2nd time staying here. Very roomy and plenty of outdoor seating. We will be back again soon!

This is a great location, convenient to downtown. Very clean, 2 living spaces was nice also. Plus a large backyard with a grill was a good addition. The sheep were so cute in the morning. The owner was easily accessible, we will be back next year

Great place to stay and sparkling clean. Susanne is an outstanding host. Both the front and back yards are fenced in with sheep and cows right across the street which was super fun. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was quite nice and well-provisioned. Be forewarned that, at least while we were there, noisy construction at the neighboring house continued for several hours a day, starting around 8am. This seems to be a long-term project. However, the property owner was very accommodating and responsive, and the neighbors are very nice.

Clean, well maintained, and with the best -equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. Plus a very spacious yard with a comfortable seating area and lots of room for our rambunctious dog to run around without wrecking anything. Susanna was very attentive. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect!! Spacious yard with outdoor seating and a bbq! The bed was So comfortable!! The kids enjoyed seeing the sheep every day. Susanne was extremely quick with any message I sent. She was also very accommodating for my family!

This was an ideal place to stay for a few days. The house is clean and well-equipped, and the view of the mountains cannot be beat! Convenient access to Tucson's loop trail system and lots of good restaurants.

This is very cute little house, well stocked and neat. Susanne was very prompt and helpful. Especially enjoyed the variety of tea flavors. I will definitely stay here again.

Communication with owner was great! Answered all question before and after check in. This was a spur of the moment trip (selling house) because a open house was taking place for the weekend! We worked so we got to property late. We had to keep circling to find property at night because there are no light along street and no light outdoor lights were left on at the property. We had to use cell phone lights to get to the front door and enter. Once inside home was clean and cute. It is an older home but it was perfect for our weekend stay. We could not find any outdoor lights for backyard so it was hard to see the pups and had to use out phone light when we let them out at night. The front and back yard were neglected (weeds spoiled pomegranates) but inside was fine for our short stay and we were out of the house Saturday until the late afternoon exploring Tucson. Great home to stay in an older part of Tucson.

The house was cute and homey. Suzanne was very responsive. The only thing to be aware of is the traffic on Roger Road makes it a bit dangerous to pull out of the driveway. Not a reason not to stay there again though!

I accidentally made a mistake on my reservation and showed up on the date that I thought I had reserved only to find out that I wasn’t supposed to check in till the next day. It was very helpful in allowing us to stay.
