Loud during the night, because people moving in/out. Played a music inside their apartments very loud during the midnight.

Poor doors,poor neighbourhood, stinky rooms

The Blankets, Mosquito bites, Having To Pay For Ice when it should be included. After room service they only provide one water when the room is for 2 people.

I didn’t like it at all, bad very bad location. They had menus in the room. But at the time I tried to order some food they said they didn’t have anything. I asked what was their restaurant hours or that if it was because of the pandemic they didn’t have any food. And the person said.... oh no! It’s just that we don’t have anything here. And I asked why they had the menu then? And he said, oh! I’ll call a taxi so he can bring you food. So I tried order what they had in those menus, but non of that they had. At that pint I had to accept what they were only offering.... beef tacos. Tacos were good but they charged me a lot for four tacos and a soda plus they charged me a lot for the taxi too. Very bad experience there, will never come back there. Yes the price is very low, but at the end, you spend more money that what you can pay in a high starts hotel. I only stayed there because a co-worker was going to meet me there.
