After midnight is really dark and quite, because is hidden from the main road.

The place very comfortable, the rooms were very clean with kitchen area in each floor including stove and microwave also drinking water for refill. The staff also very friendly, its feels like home... The stay also near with mini market, batik strore and many other food stall

Todo esta muy limpio. El personal era encantador y te ayudaban con cualquier cosa que necesitabas. Debido a que nuestro avión salía muy temprano, les pedimos que nos prepararan algo de desayuno para llevar y nos ayudaron encantados. Además el servicio de lavandería fue súper rápido y económico

A nosotros no nos importó porque tenemos el sueño profundo, pero hay una mezquita al lado

This hotel is exceptional, it offers almost every single thing a traveler might need. It is spotlessly clean; the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The size of the room was very decent and I was happy to have a small built in kitchen too. The highlight for me was really refreshing pool and diverse and tasty Indonesian breakfast

I expected a bit more from the gym, it is only for some cardio but no really strength training possibilities

The room was very spacious, had a kitchen to cook if I wanted to and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the main road so easy access to local amenities.

There was a balcony but it was hard to get on to, I had to climb out the window kind of thing. Apart from that it was a lovely room! Also, there was an earthquake which shook the room quite violently. I was quite confused and scared what to do. I had to ask a neighbour and exit the building.

They’ve put a lot of thought into small touches. Great design, filtered water, tasty breakfast that was different every day. Lovely lovely staff. Makes it very good value

The staff is simply amazing, they are so kind and happy all the time! The rooms are super clean and spacious and the breakfast is really good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

It's a nice hotel, very clean and with a nice swimming pool just to cool of for a bit. Breakfast is small but has great options.

The prayer sounds were so loud in our room that it felt like the speaker was right there.

Having a hard time watching tv as it lags. Water system also spoil so had to ask staff to fill up bottle. Wifi can be slow at times.

breakfast:totally Indonesian , if I select a property because of its facilities, I expect to have it explained first. I love Indonesian food, but I don t eat it in the morning, so you say out loud that you only have Indonesian food (pls don’t say bread is western). there is no place to have breakfast, there is a small table where they put all the food like a buffet, it’s literally difficult to place even your own plate to serve yourself. there is not a dedicated place where you can sit and enjoy breakfast, there are scattered seats in the corridor. that was really uncomfortable. second don’t say you have a gym if it’s only a small room where you wouldn’t fit lying down stretching yourself. it s a tiny room with a tapis roulant. pool space is so small that it makes it. or viable at all. I am just saying that if I select a place because I think, wow there s a pool, a gym and even breakfasts, it’s disappointing to see that these facilities are not viable.

Fabulous stay, the extremely attentive staff made a welcoming and homely experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Appreciate the small touches like water dispenser and water jugs, kitchen on each floor and a mini kitchen in the room. Sound proofing was good, didn't hear anything through from the other rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good chance to try a variety of Indonesian dishes (along with standard 'foreigner breakfast' toast, coffee, tea, cereal). Location was great situated on a quiet street off the main road. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby in walking distance.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good, room and bed was really good EXCEPT for...

...the fact that there a mosque located right across from the hotel and the speakers for their prayers are literally right outside the window, like 4 metes away, so we were woken up like 4:30 i the morning. It's SO loud. That's why I can only give it 8 stars and not 10

Only suggestion is to have more western options for breakfast maybe? Like some yoghurt and cereals? That does not change my rate though, I still think it’s a 10/10

Excellent room, friendly staff, sustainable practices such as provided free water and encouraging guests to go plastic free. The room was very clean and the internet was very good as well. I'd give it a 9.5 but can't bring myself to round it down :)

Right next to a mosque so expect a few early wakeups and the nearby road is quite busy sometimes so can be difficult to cross

The room was spacious, equipped with many facilities (amenities, fridge, water basin, tv, etc). It also has a balcony. Everything was clean. The staff was also nice.

The bathroom and the swimming pool were a bit too small, but didn't bother me much.

Tha staff made me feel like home. Amazingly friendly, extremely helpfull. Everything was made with care. Breakfast always delicious and with lots of variety. I would absolutely stay again!

Such a nice hotel, really clean and I especially liked the art in the hallways. The staff always tried to help us in any possible way, although we really had a lot of questions. It is not too close to the water palace and the sultans palace, but there is a nice way (~30 minutes to walk) along the river to get there, just google and it shows the right walking path. Internet connection in the room, as well as in the lobby/breakfast area was really fast and stable.
