Nestled in Holladay, this lovely bed and breakfast for $102 per night is a great choice for your next trip. At the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We have taken extra precautions to carefully sanatize! Home to 4 wold class ski resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores. Our Quaint guesthouse is in the much desirable area of Holladay. It has great views of Mt. Olympus, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. We are 2 miles away from downtown Holladay where there are restaurants and Harmons grocery store. Down the street from us is the local well know grocery store called The Store. They are known for their tasty meats, quality produce and the best fresh salsa in town. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

This is the 2nd time my mom and I have stayed at this property for our girls’ trip. Very clean and well-kept guest house with lots of amenities nearby. Highly recommended!

This location has got to be great for skiers, but it’s also great location to see and explore northern Utah. It is in a location that is conveniently located for greater Salt Lake City, and also the interstate highway system in all directions. All full-size appliances, including wide screen TV, are newer and in good working condition. Internet service was reliable and streaming services provided. For a studio layout, the size of the bed dominates the floor space, but it is comfortable and roomy for two. Kitchen is small on counter space and cupboard space for long-term stays, but perfectly adequate for short term stays. Bathroom is great with very nice walk-in shower, lots of lighting and like new fixtures. Clean and neat. Highly recommended.

The property was in a beautiful Location! Private,Close to shopping and big Cottonwood canyon. The place was very clean and has everything you need on vacation. The host Liz was very helpful and had good communication for check in and any questions. We would stay here agian next time we are in Salt lake.

When you are out traveling the best thing you could ask for is a quiet place to rest your head. I felt comfortable, safe, and at home here. I found that the property was easy to navigate too and the space had everything needed to enjoy my stay. The property is within a short drive to great places to eat and just at the bottom of the Snowbird resort which is a major plus. All in all I would certainly stay here again!

What a wonderful stay! The location is fabulous. Away from the crowds, but right near downtown Holladay. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the hosts were great. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very beautiful, although we did not use the backyard area it was available. My wife and I used it as home base in order to meet with our realtor and look at local listings. The unit was spacious and clean. The host had great communication and I would consider renting again on my upcoming trips.

Great location, all amenities as listed by owner exceeded expectations. Very quiet place with convenient parking spot right next to the front door. Quiet upscale neighborhood, with convenient pub/inn and restaurant close by.

This property is perfectly located, with easy access to the 215. The unit was well stocked with amenities and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and nice location. The only thing I would make note of is the front load washer is moldy and if you're sensitive to scented things the owner uses plug in air fresheners and the blankets and towels smell strong of scented laundry soap. For those with health issues it's worth noting. Otherwise everything else perfect!

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The studio was stocked well and thoughtful items like the fan and humidifier were much appreciated. The directions to the location were easy to follow. We plan to book again next time we visit our family in SLC.

Our stay was very nice the duplex was as described. Very clean. The only negative was the back side of the place was next to the freeway.

It was nice and clean, check in was easy and it was pretty quiet there. Wall outlets were few and far between i.e. around the bed. I had a CPAP machine. The bed was good, my wife has back problems and it was a good bed for us. She didn't have any problems with her back in the mornings
