Nothing like the pics & description on booking.com

The position of the hotel was good, but it was not easy to find. We arrived when it was already dark outside and had some trouble finding the entrance to the hotel. It was not very clear that the hotel is actually inside the commercial center. It was very close to the Sudirman Night Market, where we had delicious food every night. 24/7 reception

The window of the room could not be opened and the air inside was very very stale. The room was not clean, we had the overall feeling that we didn't want to place any of our belongings on the floor - we didn't even fully open the luggage. The bathroom had the tiniest sink ever and the overall conditions of the restroom were very poor. The place was nothing like what was shown on booking.com - I definitely not recommend it and will not go back again. We wanted to organize a tour to the tea plantations, but the reception didn't have any travel agency info to share.

Schrecklich! Schimmel und extremer Geruch im Zimmer…

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen. Das ist auch wirklich das einzigste!

Es war überhaupt nicht angenehm vorallem für 3 Sterne. Es gab Schimmel an den Wänden und es hat auch sehr modrig gerochen. Die Bettwäsche und dir Handtücher waren verschmutzt und teils zerrissen. Auf Nachfrage wurden Sie ausgetauscht, doch diese sahen nicht besser aus. Es war ecklig. Vom Badezimmer möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen zu sprechen. Ich weiss wir in Europa haben einen anderen Standard, doch ich weiss genau in welchen Land ich bin und das ich Abstriche machen muss. Doch dieser Zustand geht überhaupt nicht für diesen Preis! Schrecklich. Das Konzept muss wirklich überdenkt werden!

Fasilitas di booking.com tidak sesuai, parkir motor bayar per 24 jam sama satpam

Lokasi sangat strategis, cukup lah ya fasilitasnya.

Kebersihannya kurang, handuk cuman 1, minta 1 lagi dikasih yang sudah compang-camping, banyak semut, di deskripsi dapat bed besar 1, taunya dpt twin, SAD.

Disappointing

The hotel is well located and has nice views of the city

The rooms need to be mantained and maybe refurbished. The first room where I stayed for the first night was very dirty and the room in bad condition - some mould and the wall decoration was falling. Because of a loud beeping noise on the floor, they changed me to another room on another floor. It was better maintained and cleaner. Still, the room and bathroom should be cleaner

Do yourself a favor a spend a bit more on a better hotel.

10 minute walk to Braga street. The view.

Sheets were dirty (also after cleaning). The bathroom had fungus and the room had ants. The shower only had 1 temperature, burning hot. After a complain the shower was not fixed. No cold drinking water.

Great Location and Easy

The hotel is located in Pasar Baru area, easy to reach, and close to all the popular shopping places. It is clean, friendly, and has great facilities. 24 hours desk service makes everything easy for the guests. Hotel connected to Pasar Baru.

Entrances are bit confused. but still easy to find.

The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful

Very dirty room, sheets, towels. Towels had holes. Room smells bad and it was not possible to open the window. NO HOT WATER.

high level room gives a good view of the pasar baru area, it is easy to get an ojek. no frills.

it was away from the main room so it was silent.

the rooms were not sound proof, very noisy when you hear the guests talk and close the door. the air con was very noisy too.

Fungus in the bathroom

The bed was comfortable

- Not hygienic at all. When we arrived, the bedsheets looked like not cleaned. However, after asking the staff immediately cleaned them. BUT the bathroom was full of fungus, even a mushroom was growing out of the fungus. I didn't shower at the place because of it. Also, ants were into the bathroom/around it.

The shower room not clean enough, also amenities did not set up, so have to ask from Front Desk.

The location and view from the room is second to none. The bed is so comfy.

The Wifi internet signal so poor also TV had a bad signal. Furniture in room (Working Table) is not in good condition.
